I have created a new melody and harmony, using words written by Sr. Annabel Laity (Sr. Chan Duc), as well as acoustic piano and singing. This track is soothing, calming, brings presence, and assists in letting go of attachments and perceptions of duality. Inspired by the mindfulness teachings of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.

This song was released on the album Peace Sounds 2 by Wake Up London & Friends in 2016.
