As a music therapist (2011), specializing in voice expression (2017), Anna Liem (1989) has made several courses in her native language: Dutch. Anna works with people who want to liberate their voice. Most of the time there's trauma and neglect behind the wish to have emotional freedom. People describe her as a very safe space holder while being very enthusiastic about using the voice as a remedy to suppression of the Self. Anna has therefore developed SingInsideOut and brings this in her own practice in music therapy. She works together with professionals in clinical settings. She is frequently asked to give workshops SingInsideOut. Where the main goal is to get in contact with the 'self' (go inside), go out of the comfort zone and give it to the voice (Sing inside out). Anna got inspired by the founders of: - Vocal Psychotherapy: prof. dr. music therapist Diane Austin, - Voice Liberation: Jan Kortie, - Circle Singing: Bobby Mc Ferrin.
