This Korean Qigong Tai Chi utilizes universal energy principles of the Tao underlying each movement. Each class has effective and dynamic components of stretching and breathing, flexibility, balancing, meditation, core and muscle strengthening, gut health, and relaxation designed for all experience levels. You'll also learn the design behind a qigong course through the 5 Steps of Brain Education created by enlightened Energy Master Ilchi Lee.

Anna Choi is fiercely committed to catalyzing a tipping point in elevating humanity's consciousness by training high achieving global leaders such as CEO’s, influencers, athletes, and performance artists to access flow state and optimize their energy so they can more fully unleash their soul’s expression in the world. Dahnjon Tapping Brain Wave Vibration

What is Qigong? Learn the origin of "qi" life force energy and experience what feeling grounded and centered in your body feels like. Discover where your inner and outer "dahnjons" (energy centers) are located on the body to learn the basic pathways of energy flow. Practice the foundational exercises of body shaking, dahnjon tapping and brain wave vibration of Korean Qigong by learning the stance, weight, and where to focus your mind awareness in the body.

Water Up Fire Down - Intestinals Exercise

Learn energy principle "Water Up Fire Down" in your body through learning intestinals exercise. Intestinals heal your gut brain but exercising your inner organs to better circulate energy and heat up your power center, the dahnjon.

18 Joints Exercises - Upper Body

Discover the energy body's role as it relates to our dahnjon energy centers and body. Observe through body awareness which parts of your body are out of harmony and need rebalancing in your wrists, elbows, shoulders, and neck. Find out which joints have the most stagnant energy to release and allow more energy circulation.

18 Joints Exercise- Lower Body

Practice focusing on your lower dahnjon in these series of movements to release stagnant energy from the lower body's joints of the chest, hips, sacrum, knees, and ankles.

Lesson 5

Body Tapping, Sweeping, And Organ Detox

Follow the 12 meridians of the body through body tapping, sweeping, and shaking. Learn what movements help detox your organs to identify energy blocks and clear them out.

Lesson 6

Floor Spinal Stretch, Vibration Exercises, And Relaxation

This sequence allows you to further purify your energy through floor exercises that wring out tension from the spine meridians, activate the lower spine, and clear out any remaining stagnant energy and tension in the body ending in a full relaxation guided body scan visualization.

Learn the beginning breathing postures to accumulate vital energy like solar panels into the lower dahnjon through breath and positioning of the outer dahnjons of the feet and palms.

Jigam - Energy Ball Meditation

Activate energy with your jangshim (hand energy centers). Jigam translates to no thoughts or emotions in Korean. Learn how to stop your thoughts and emotions by focusing solely on the feeling of energy between your hands. Utilize your brain's "mindscreen" to imagine your future dreams fulfilled. Feel, receive, and circulate energy to heal yourself, others, and the world at large.

Activation - Closing Exercises

Experience exercises to close your qigong routine having cultivated a unique "calm alertness" energy that leaves you in inspired action. This includes eye exercises, facial massage and sweep, positive brain messages, back and spine exercises, and tong chun strengthening exercises.

Overall, this class has amazing concepts and content, but since it wasn't taught in a traditional manner, I found myself lost most of the time. Overall, I am happy that I learned a bit about Qi Gong and intend to keep learning about it🌱. Thank you.
