This practice is for anyone who has tied their worth to what they do, what they achieve, or what others think of them. Who believes they must earn the right to rest, to receive, to take up space. Traditional affirmations often fail because the mind and body are not in agreement. This somatic approach is different. We regulate the nervous system first, then offer new beliefs — giving your body the chance to actually receive them. Through breath, grounding, and gentle self-touch, you will begin to remember that your worth is not something you need to earn. It was never conditional. You are enough exactly as you are.
