Welcome,
Beautiful soul.
This is a space to explore the frequency of receiving.
And to reconnect with the part of you that is asking yourself to allow support.
For the next few minutes,
There is nothing you need to prove.
Nothing you need to produce.
Let yourself arrive exactly as you are.
Find a position that feels comfortable enough for this moment.
And close your eyes.
Notice the surface beneath your body.
The places where you are already being helped.
Allow your breath to move naturally.
If it feels comfortable,
Let your shoulders soften a little.
And let your hands rest.
And let your jaw release whatever it can.
You don't have to force yourself to relax.
Simply notice what is here.
As we enter this frequency,
I invite divine love divine wisdom,
And the loving intelligence of the Akashic Field to illuminate what your soul is ready to remember about receiving.
May this practice meet you with gentleness.
May you recognize the support that honors your freedom,
That honors your discernment,
And your own rhythm.
Receiving is your willingness to allow life to support you.
Through kindness,
Through rest,
Through appreciation,
Through practical help.
Through an opportunity you can thoughtfully consider.
Through love that makes room for you to be yourself.
Perhaps you have become very familiar with giving.
With noticing what others need.
With holding things together.
And with finding a way even when you are tired.
Take a moment ready and so to acknowledge the part of you.
The parts that learned to be capable.
The part that carried so much.
You do not need to criticize it.
You can appreciate how it helped you.
And gently ask whether it still needs to carry everything along.
Bring to mind a small moment when something was offered to you.
A compliment,
A helping hand,
A kind gesture,
An invitation to rest.
Choose an ordinary moment,
One that feels comfortable to explore.
Notice what happened inside you.
Did you want to explain why you did not need it?
Minimize what was offered.
Or give something back immediately.
Or did you allow yourself to receive?
There is no correct answer.
You are simply getting to know your relationship with support.
If you notice discomfort,
Give it room.
You might quietly say.
I see that receiving feels unfamiliar here.
I can take my time.
I can choose.
Feel the support beneath your body again.
Notice one sound in the room.
Let yourself remain connected to the present.
Now,
If imaginary comes easily to you.
Or if you can simply feel it.
Feel or imagine yourself a quiet garden.
Filled with soft morning light.
Feel in the body.
There is a place here where you can sit comfortably.
Nothing,
Nothing is expected of you.
You can simply be present.
If you do not see any image You can stay with the feeling of sitting somewhere beautiful.
A bowl rests in your hands.
Notice how you are holding it.
There is no need to change anything immediately.
But if you wish,
Experiment with loosening your grape a little.
Let the ball rest in your palms.
Imagine that it can hold one form of support you would welcome today.
Perhaps a little more rest.
A conversation which you feel heard.
Help with something you have been carrying.
Appreciation you allow yourself to take in.
Or guidance about your next steps.
Let one possibility come forward.
You do not have to search for the perfect one.
Ask yourself gently.
What am I willing to receive today?
Notice whatever rises.
A word,
An image,
A feeling,
A blessing,
A miracle.
Opportunities.
Or perhaps nothing clear yet.
You can remain open without needing an answer.
Imagine placing a symbol of that support into the bowl.
Notice what it's like to hold it.
You remain free to choose.
Free to welcome what is appropriate.
Free to decline what does not honor you.
Receiving can include boundaries.
Receiving can include discernment.
Receiving can happen a little at a time.
If comfortable.
Turn your palms upward.
Or place one hand over your heart.
Feel the simple contact.
Allow these words to meet you.
You may repeat them silently.
Or simply listen.
I do not have to prove my worth in this moment.
I can welcome support that respects me.
I can receive with gratitude and discernment.
I can let kindness reach me.
I can allow rest to be part of my life.
I can be capable and supported.
Notice how these words land.
You don't need to believe every word completely.
Perhaps one sentence feels available to you.
And let that be enough.
Stay with it for a feel,
Natural breath.
From this place,
Imagine one ordinary moment in the day ahead.
Someone offers a compliment.
Someone asks whether they can help.
A space opens in your schedule.
You will recognize something you need.
And consider asking for it.
See yourself pausing.
Listening in Word.
And choosing what you genuinely wish to receive.
And you'll see.
Thank you.
Or perhaps,
Yes,
That would help.
Perhaps you allow yourself to rest without feeling the space immediately.
Notice the smallest version of receiving that feels possible.
This is how receiving.
Can become familiar.
Through ordinary moments,
Through choices you are free to make.
Through allowing support to have a space in the life you are creating.
That's standard.
You are invited to practice till day is.
I no longer require myself to prove my worth before allowing myself to receive.
I'll repeat that.
I no longer require myself to prove my worth before allowing myself to receive.
Let that standard take a simple form.
One gesture.
One choice.
One moment of openness.
For now,
Let the garden soften.
Let the ball and its symbol fade.
If you imagine them.
Return your attention to the room around you.
Feel the surface beneath your body.
Notice your hands.
Your feet.
Your hips.
The movement of your breath.
You may gently move your fingers or shift your position.
Take your time,
Ready and so.
If your eyes have been closed,
Allow them to open when you feel ready.
Carry this possibility with you.
You can allow support into your life.
While remaining fully yourself.
One small moment of receiving can be enough for today.
I love you.
I thank you.
