Welcome,
This meditation is here to remind you,
You can begin again,
Without pressure.
You can build a life gently,
One breath at a time.
Gently close your eyes,
Take a slow steady breath in through the nose and let it flow softly out through the mouth.
There's no rush here,
Nowhere to get to,
Nothing to force.
Stay with the breath now and let these words move through you,
You don't need to repeat them out loud,
Just allow them to land softly in your own mind,
In your own body,
In your own rhythm.
I move at my own pace,
I begin again with softness,
I don't need to rush to prove my worth,
I am allowed to try again,
My nervous system can lead the way,
Consistency can feel like kindness.
I let go of the all or nothing mindset,
I can do this one small thing today,
One small thing can be enough.
I trust the process of becoming,
I release the weight of comparison,
I honour my energy and my timing,
I create lasting change by moving gently,
I am already becoming the version of me I've been working towards.
I move at my own pace,
I begin again with softness,
I don't need to rush to prove my worth,
I am allowed to try again,
My nervous system can lead the way,
Consistency can feel like kindness.
I let go of the all or nothing mindset,
I can do this one small thing today,
One small thing can be enough.
I trust the process of becoming,
I release the weight of comparison,
I honour my energy and my timing,
I create lasting change by moving gently,
I am already becoming the version of me I've been working towards.
Now take another deeper breath in,
And a full soft breath out,
Let these words continue to guide you,
Not as rules,
But as reminders,
You are already building,
Simply by showing up,
You are already becoming,
Simply by breathing here,
Now,
In this moment.
Carry this softness with you as you step into the rest of your day,
One breath,
One choice,
One gentle moment at a time,
Bring some movement into your feet and toes,
Into your hands and fingers,
Take a deeper awakening breath,
And feeling refreshed and grounded and positive,
Gently open your eyes,
Returning to the day,
And remember,
Be gentle with yourself.
