Meditation.
Stage one,
Relaxation.
Take some time to make yourself comfortable.
Sit or lie down and make sure you're comfortable.
Take a nice,
Gentle,
Deep breath in,
Hold it,
And out.
Once more,
In,
Hold it,
And out.
And allow your eyes to close.
Allow your eyes to comfortably close as we start the relaxation procedure.
Become aware of your hands,
The muscles in the fingers,
The thumbs,
The hands,
The wrists.
And imagine all those little muscles relaxing,
Softening and loosening,
Releasing,
Relaxing.
Move the relaxation up from the wrists through the arms into the elbows,
And up from the elbows into the shoulders.
And allow your shoulders to drop,
To release,
To relax.
As you do so,
The arms become heavier.
Allow the arms to relax.
Allow your arms to become heavier.
Move your awareness to your feet.
Become aware of all the little muscles in the toes and the feet and the ankles.
And allow those muscles to relax.
Imagine them releasing and softening,
Loosening,
Slackening.
And move the relaxation from the ankles up through the legs into the knees,
Up from the knees through the thighs into the hips,
Relaxing,
Loosening,
Softening.
Relax the weight in your legs as the muscles relax.
As your legs become heavier,
The muscles continue to relax.
As the muscles continue to relax,
Your legs become heavier.
Good.
Move your awareness down through the muscles of your back,
From the shoulders down to the hips.
Releasing,
Relaxing.
Move your awareness down through your chest,
Relaxing.
And down into the stomach.
Releasing,
Softening,
Loosening your stomach muscles.
Limp and slack.
And relax the muscles down your face,
The forehead,
The eyes,
The cheeks,
The mouth,
The tongue,
The jaw.
And down into the neck.
Softening,
Loosening.
Limp and slack.
As your muscles relax and you continue to relax,
You can become aware of your breathing.
Notice the flow in and down and up and out.
If it feels comfortable,
Touch the tip of your tongue onto the roof of your mouth,
Just behind your teeth.
And gently move the flow of your breath down a little deeper.
Down into your stomach.
Down into the diaphragm.
Don't try,
Just allow.
In and down.
Up and out.
And notice how as you exhale,
You relax a little more.
Imagine that each exhalation is helping you to drift a little deeper.
Imagine that each exhalation is helping you to become a little heavier.
Imagine that each exhalation is helping you become a little more relaxed.
Good.
This is one of those times where there's absolutely nothing you have to do.
Nowhere to go.
Nothing to think of except to listen to the sound of my voice.
The sound of my voice that helps you to drift ever deeper.
Deeper and deeper.
And relaxed.
Stage two.
Be sure about what you want.
Take some time now to decide what you want.
You are about to send a direct request to the universe.
And the universe works best with clear,
Precise requests.
Do you want better health?
What does better health mean to you?
Do you want to have more money?
What does more money mean to you?
Do you want better relationships?
What does having better relationships mean to you?
Spend some time now deciding exactly what you want to attract towards you.
Stage three.
Ask the universe for it.
Now that you have a clear idea of what you want,
It's time to send your request.
Drift now to a scene in your mind where you have attracted what you want into your life.
You have attracted exactly what you want into your life.
What are you doing?
Who is there with you?
Take a look around.
What else do you see?
Really immerse yourself in this experience.
Are there smells or tastes involved?
What do you hear?
Make the pictures bigger.
Make the pictures brighter and sharper.
Make the pictures more colorful.
Turn up the volume so that you can hear clearly.
Increase any smells or tastes.
Allow the experience to fill every part of you.
Make this experience into a wonderful short movie that you can play time and time again.
Repeat this movie now for a few moments.
Stage four.
Create a statement of gratitude and attraction.
Now that you are sure what you want and you have created a movie of you having attracted it and you can repeat that movie,
You now create a statement to boost the request.
Make the statement in the present tense as though it is happening at the moment,
Right now.
Avoid all negative terms even if you think they mean the same thing.
For example,
Don't state,
I am so happy and grateful now that I am no longer ill.
Instead,
States with conviction,
I am so happy and grateful now that I am in perfect health.
Don't state,
I am so happy and grateful now that I am no longer a failure.
Instead,
States with conviction,
I am so happy and grateful now that I am successful in everything I choose to do.
Don't state,
I am so happy and grateful now that I am no longer poor.
Instead,
States with conviction,
I am so happy and grateful now that I am financially abundant.
Take some time now to create your statement.
Make sure it is positive and in the present tense as if it has already happened.
Repeat your statement for a few moments now,
Starting with,
I am so happy and grateful now that I am.
Stage 5.
Feel it.
This is the most important stage of the law of attraction.
This is where the request is most powerful.
Play your movie and repeat it over and over.
Say your statement of gratitude and attraction and repeat it during the movie.
And here is the secret.
Allow yourself to feel that you already have attracted it.
Allow the feeling of having attracted it to you.
Allow the feeling of having attracted it to fill you.
Every cell,
Every atom,
Every fibre of your being.
Fill yourself with the feeling of success,
Abundance,
Health or whatever you choose to.
And really feel it.
You don't need it because you already have it.
Feel that you already have it.
You don't want it because you already have it.
Feel that you already have it.
You don't desire it because you already have it.
Feel that you already have it.
Spend a few moments watching your movie.
Stating your gratitude and attraction.
Feeling the feeling of already having it.
You don't need it because you already have it.
Feel the feeling of having it.
You don't need it because you already have it.
You don't need it because you already have it.
You don't need it because you already have it.
You don't need it because you already have it.
You don't need it because you already have it.
You don't need it because you already have it.
Stage six.
Trust the process.
And now,
Make your mind a blank.
Make your mind a blank.
And trust.
Trust that the universe has received your request.
Don't get caught up in hows or wheres or whens.
The universe has received your request.
Trust in the process and simply let it go.
In a moment,
If you choose to,
You can bring yourself back to full,
Eyes open,
Conscious awareness.
I'll help this process by counting slowly and gently from one to ten.
If however you decide to sleep,
Just ignore the following suggestions and you can drift down into a natural deep sleep.
Getting ready to awaken now.
One,
Two,
Three,
Stretching.
Four,
Five.
Wiggle your fingers and toes and stretching.
Six,
Seven,
Eight.
Eyes gently open.
Nine,
Ten.
Wide awake.
Wide awake.
And if you decide to drift down into sleep now,
Allow the relaxation to continue.
Trust in the processes of the unconscious mind and the music will guide you down deeper and deeper into a lovely,
Deep,
Natural sleep.
Deeper and deeper.
