Welcome to your transition,

Whatever that looks like for you right now.

Maybe you're closing out a year and wondering what's next.

Maybe you're between jobs,

Relationships,

Or cities.

Maybe you just have this vague sense that something's shifting and you're not quite sure what it is yet.

That's okay,

You're in the right place.

I'm a coach based in Berlin and I've spent hundreds of hours helping people navigate moments like this.

The in-between times when a chapter is possibly ending and a new one hasn't quite begun yet.

This workbook,

And Now What?

,

Is designed to help you move through that space with more clarity,

Less overwhelm,

And a stronger sense of what you actually want.

Not what you think you should want,

What you actually want.

Over the next few hours,

We're going to work through some reflective exercises together.

Some will feel easy.

Others might bring up resistance or discomfort.

That's all part of it.

Before we begin,

A quick note about using these audio companions.

You're in control here.

Pause whenever you need to.

Rewind if you want to hear something again.

Skip ahead if an exercise doesn't resonate.

Some of these exercises,

Like the visualization,

Are designed to flow from start to finish.

But others have natural pauses where you'll want to stop and write.

Listen to what you need.

There's no right way to do this.

Go at your own pace because this is your journey.

Now,

Before we dive into the exercises,

I want you to let go of one thing.

The idea that any of this needs to be perfect.

If you have the workbook in front of you,

Flip to the front page.

If you don't,

Grab a sheet of paper.

A blank space.

Just draw something.

Make a mess.

Write your name and terrible handwriting.

Go ahead and scribble.

Because here's the thing.

We often say practice makes perfect.

But I would rather you think of it as practice makes space for more practice.

This isn't about getting anything right.

It's about showing up.

So take a breath.

Get comfortable.

And let's begin.
