Oh my gosh!! First off, I chose this because of the time, I was just totally not into sitting this morning and meditating (which is generally when you truly NEED it). That being said, I am literally sitting in a dark room and as this started playing I felt my heart lift and open up and I felt a bright light fill me. This was truly EXACTLY what I needed today.
