Imagine that you are in your favorite place on earth, This beautiful field, The sun is shining, It's a beautiful day and you're just walking around enjoying the flowers, The birds singing, The butterflies, Just looking around happy in nature. And then, In a distance, There's this beautiful tree that is calling you, So you start walking towards it, You approach it, And as you get closer and closer to the tree, You realize that there's a little hole that you can squeeze right into it, And it looks very appetizing, Very welcoming. So you go inside, Make sure nobody's with you, And you walk inside the tree. You start smelling the earth even deeper, And then you notice there is a staircase inside the trunk of the tree, Taking you up to the branches, So you start walking up. The branches are there just for you to climb up, Up through the tree, Up even higher to the last branches, Where you see a golden ladder that is taking you even farther up. You step on it, And it starts taking you up, Up to the sky, Up to the clouds, And then you get to this place that you can't step in, So you start walking around, Beautiful magical place, Like the earth, But not exactly. There's crystals everywhere. There's bodies of water that you've never seen before. The flowers, The plants, Even the birds look different. So you know, In this place, There's a message for you from a spirit animal, A guide, An ancestor, One of your angels, So you continue to walk around, And you see this big mirror where you can see yourself inside, And you inside the mirror is a little bit different than you right now. It's an image of you in the future, Of what you want, And you continue to look at yourself in the mirror, Realizing that you can walk across the mirror and go into the other side with your future self. So you do. Walking inside the mirror, Finding the messenger for you, And this beauty, Up into the branches, Starting to walk down on that staircase, Seeing the earth underneath you, Down through that hole that you squeezed in before, Walking down into that beautiful field, Smelling the grass, Finding yourself a place in the soft grass for you to lie down comfortable, Where you integrate your experience, Bringing all parts of yourself to the here and now.
