Welcome to day one of the 7-Day Abundance Meditation Series.
This journey offers short and simple practices to help you activate and begin embodying the frequency of abundance within,
Which then underlies the manifestation of prosperity and abundance in your physical reality.
Today we begin cultivating abundance by focusing on gratitude.
Gratitude is a powerful tool that helps us shift our perspective and attract more positivity into our lives.
So please find a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down.
Close your eyes and begin to tune in to your breath.
Breathing in slowly and deeply through your nose,
And breathing out slowly and completely through your nose.
Inviting your breath to become calm and smooth.
And letting go of any tension around your jaw,
And mouth,
Your nose,
Your eyes.
Releasing tension around the neck and throat.
Feeling the shoulders dropping down away from the ears.
And then relaxing down through your chest and your belly.
Finding a level of relaxation in your body that really allows your breath to flow freely and easily in and out.
And then sense the physical shape of your body.
Feeling how much space your physical body is taking up.
And from your physical body,
Shift your attention to your energy.
Energy moving through your physical body,
And the energy that emanates out from your body,
Creating your aura.
The energy that surrounds you.
Your aura may feel a little bit like a bubble that contains your physical body.
See if you can sense into this bubble surrounding you.
And just notice how big it is.
Notice how far it stretches out from your body.
Letting your attention fill up this space.
And now using your imagination,
Begin to visualize your aura,
Or this energetic bubble surrounding you,
Transforming into a beautiful meadow that's bathed with warm sunlight.
Notice the vibrant flowers,
The gentle breeze,
The sound of chirping birds filling out this energetic space.
And take a moment to appreciate the beauty surrounding you.
Notice what stands out the most to you.
Notice what you find yourself most attracted to.
And relish in the positive vibes you feel that are being evoked by the beauty surrounding you.
The beauty you are immersed in.
And take a deep breath in,
And a complete breath out.
Remaining surrounded by this beautiful meadow,
Begin to bring to mind someone that you are grateful for.
It could be a family member,
A friend,
A teacher,
Anyone who has had a positive impact on your life.
And as you bring this person to mind,
Feel a wave of warmth and appreciation wash over you.
And see if you can identify where you feel this appreciation in your body.
And can you think of one or two words that describe this sensation or frequency that is being elicited within.
Next,
Think about something really big that you are grateful for.
It could be your health,
It could be having a roof over your head,
Or an amazing job.
What is something really big in your life that you are grateful for?
Allow yourself to truly feel the joy and appreciation for this blessing in your life.
It's important for this activation of gratitude to not just be a thought,
But to be something that you can really sense and feel.
So again,
Check in with your body.
What sensations do you notice in your body as you tap into this deep appreciation?
And how would you describe to another person what you are experiencing?
And finally,
Begin to think about the little things in your daily life that you may normally take for granted.
A hot cup of coffee,
A warm hug,
Or a phone call with a friend.
Let yourself just ruminate for a moment on all of the little things that make your day a little bit easier,
A little bit more joyful.
And feel this gratitude welling up inside of you.
How does it make you feel on the inside to acknowledge all of these little things that you appreciate every day?
What sensations do you notice?
How would you describe them?
Do they have a color or a texture?
And then bring your awareness back to your breath and take a deep breath in and out.
And feel all of this energy of appreciation surrounding you.
Feel this energy of gratitude inside of you and let yourself align with it.
Lock in this frequency of appreciation.
Lock in this energy that brings positive vibes into your awareness over and over again.
Right now,
You are abundant in this moment,
Regardless of external circumstances,
You are abundant.
Now slowly bring your awareness back to your breath and to the shape of your physical body.
And let's ground this energy of abundance by feeling down into the base of your body,
Noticing whatever it is that you are sitting or lying down upon.
And then let your attention reach down through the floor,
All the way into the earth.
Imagine all of this energy of gratitude that you cultivated to be like a seed that you are planting in the soil of the earth.
And this seed in time will sprout abundance in all of your life.
Once you've grounded this experience,
Come back to your breath,
Take one last deep breath in through the nose.
And if you'd like to sigh it out through an open mouth.
May you carry this sense of appreciation with you,
Noticing all of the abundance that already exists in your life.
