Beautiful Mama Right now you might be feeling deflated,
Hopeless and even feel undeserving of love and happiness.
These negative thoughts are trying to trick you into believing that you are not worthy Mama.
But this is not true.

I see you and I want you to know that it's going to be okay.
Finding a comfortable position and allowing your body to relax.
Gently closing over your eyes and taking a deep long inhale through your nose.
Feeling the air fill your belly.
Then exhale,
Releasing any tension from your body.
Continuing this breath for a couple of moments,
Allowing yourself to fully relax.
Then exhale,

Releasing any tension from your belly.
Now,
I know it's hard to face each day with sadness and not knowing why.
But now it's time to move towards the happy life that you deserve.
Breathing,
Then exhale,
Feeling the air as it flows in and out of your body.
Noticing any negative or distracting thoughts.
Acknowledging them and then letting them gently move on.
Always bringing your attention back to your breath.
