Beautiful Mama Right now you might be feeling deflated,

Hopeless and even feel undeserving of love and happiness.

These negative thoughts are trying to trick you into believing that you are not worthy Mama.

But this is not true.

I feel you,

I see you and I want you to know that it's going to be okay.

Finding a comfortable position and allowing your body to relax.

Gently closing over your eyes and taking a deep long inhale through your nose.

Feeling the air fill your belly.

Then exhale,

Releasing any tension from your body.

Continuing this breath for a couple of moments,

Allowing yourself to fully relax.

Then exhale,

Releasing any tension from your belly.

Then exhale,

Releasing any tension from your belly.

Now,

I know it's hard to face each day with sadness and not knowing why.

But now it's time to move towards the happy life that you deserve.

Breathing,

Then exhale,

Feeling the air as it flows in and out of your body.

Noticing any negative or distracting thoughts.

Acknowledging them and then letting them gently move on.

Always bringing your attention back to your breath.

Mama,

You are beautiful.

You can get through this and you're not alone.

Thank you.

Softly place one hand on your chest,

Feeling the constant rhythm of your beating heart.

Now repeat after me.

I am worthy.

I am worthy.

I am worthy.

I am a great mother.

I am a great mother.

I am a great mother.

I am strong.

I am strong.

I am strong.

I am doing the best I can and that is enough.

I am doing the best I can and that is enough.

Now taking a deep inhale through your nose.

Exhaling through your mouth.

Repeating this for a couple more breaths.

Exhaling through your nose.

Exhaling through your mouth.

Every day can be tough but mama you have the strength inside of you to get through this.

Because you are worthy.

You are a great mother.

You are strong.

You are doing the best you can and that is enough.

You are so so loved and mama it is going to be okay.

You are doing the best you can and that is enough.

You are doing the best you can and that is enough.

Take a deep inhale and then exhale.

Slowly bringing your awareness back to your body.

Moving your fingers and toes.

Now bringing your awareness back to the room.

And gently opening your eyes.

Mama you have got this.
