Sometimes we make ourselves believe things that are not necessarily true,
At no real fault of our own.
We are what we think,
And we can change these beliefs that keep us stuck,
And bring ourselves closer to the state of mind to achieve the desires within us.
Let's set our intention for this practice.
A sense of gratitude of what you have and for your abilities,
Ultimately bringing happiness.
Now bring your attention to your breath,
Notice it flow through your body,
In through the nose and down into the belly.
Breathing in and out of the nose,
Pay attention to your breath.
And in through the nose for a count of five.
Holding at the top for a count of five.
Exhaling through the nose for another count of five.
And holding at the bottom again for another count of five.
Do this a few more times.
We are relaxing the body and connecting with the mind.
Succeeds,
Confuse,
Republic.
Notice the breath.
Notice how it is cool coming in through the nose as you inhale and how warm it becomes when you exhale.
You inhale that life source,
Prana.
Take a moment to notice any thoughts that pop up.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and as you exhale let it go.
Continue breathing naturally in and out through your nose.
If you feel that your mind has drifted,
It's okay.
Notice your mind has shifted and use your breath to bring you back into this present moment.
Let us shift our limiting beliefs into liberating ones.
Repeat these affirmations softly or silently to yourself.
I am on the path to achieving my goals.
I attract and accept the ease and flow of money to me.

Comfortable,
And grounded within myself.
