Positiver

Negative positivity is only when you forget or ignore that there are bad things happening in life. However, being on the right side of positivity is knowing to continue and improve more because of bad days. Did you know making a pledge will make you more affirm to do it?

A positive pledge. I pledge to be a positive being in influence on my family, Friends, Coworkers, Community, And self. Knowing there are bad days to improve on and good days to lean on. To be contagious to more smiles, Laughter, Encouragement, And joy. With a growth mindset that things are workable. To stay positive in the face of negativity. When surrounded by pessimism, Be better to be optimistic. In fear, I will choose faith. In hate, A misunderstood love. When bitter, To get better. When I experience challenge, A hidden opportunity to learn and grow. In adversity, I will find strength. In setback, To be resilient. In failure, To fail forward towards real success. That's progress. With vision, Hope, And faith. To know breaks are a must to continue in never giving up. And I'll always move forward towards my goal. I believe my best days are ahead of me, Not behind me. I believe I'm here for a reason, And my purpose is greater than my challenges. I believe that being positive not only makes me better as well as my surroundings. So today, In every moment, To strive positivity, For mobility, And create an impact, Wholeheartedly. Thank you for the time, And keep mindful.

Just what I needed ... Honestly I just listened to three of your meditations ... I went from being grumpy to smiling and laughing ... I shared them with my wife and we loved it. .. thank you short fun and not silly rather really relevant.... I believe Buddha would have laughed and loved it to ... We need to be more positive...
