In this guided visualization you will first center into yourself and your truth, and from there you will tap into your needs and longings for the next chapter of your life, so that you can allow yourself the freedom to define that vision and claim it. It is often much easier to know what we don't want, and much harder to admit to what we do want. By allowing ourselves to express the longing, we can create the path forward towards it. After you meditate and listen, you are invited to journal on these questions: If you could have it your way, what would the rest of your life look like, be like, feel like? What brings you joy, energizes you, or makes you feel more alive? If you knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that you are worthy, that you are good enough, that you can do and be all that you want, what would you be doing differently moving forward?
