Explore MeditationZana (she/they) is a queer, Integrative Somatic Therapist, Yoga Nidrā guide, Artist & Sacred Space Holder based on Treaty 6 Territory in Edmonton, Canada. Following her body’s lead, her personal journey through post-traumatic growth, healing & transformation has spanned over 10 years. Through this process she has cultivated deep reverence, unending curiosity, love and gratitude for the body’s inherent wisdom, and the ways in which Soul invites us to em-body, so we can (re-)awaken our True nature. Drawing on embodied wisdom, creativity, imagination, sacred rest & eco-somatics, she is honoured to follow a path of heart service and share her gifts through the art and medicine of Yoga Nidra, Breathwork and Integrative Somatic Therapy. It is her deepest prayer and belief that through integrative, embodiment practices, we can come back into Remembrance and into sacred connection with ourselves, one another and Mother Earth.
