Hello and welcome to your one-minute mindful meditation.
Comfortably sit or simply lay down.
Gently close your eyes,
Relax your eyebrows,
Relax your jaw,
And relax your shoulders.
Take a deep breath in.
As you inhale,
Fill your lungs completely.
Hold it for a moment and on your hold recite an affirmation to yourself.
Then exhale slowly,
Letting go of any tension.
Now bring awareness to your body.
Notice any sensations,
Warmth,
Tingling,
Or pressure.
No judgment,
Just simply observe.
Next,
Shift your attention to your breath.
Feel the air entering and leaving your nostrils.
Follow the breath as it travels in and out of your body.
As you come to the end of this minute,
Take one final deep breath in and exhale fully.
When you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes and bring awareness back to the present moment.
Take a moment to notice how you feel now compared to before.
May you carry the sense of calm and peace with you as you continue with your day.
