Hi guys,
This is the meditation for the July 20 call.
I'm going to start my computer audio.
Hopefully you guys can hear me over the audio Uh touch down a little bit just in case I don't have anyone to double check here in a crowd.
Mr.
Wright.
Does the car take you anywhere?
Wherever you are in your day,
Take a deep breath in through the nose.
And side out.
Take a deep breath in through the nose.
And watch more.
But something.
.
.
Getting comfortable where you are right now.
Lying Down at Best is available for you.
You can pause,
Be,
Get comfortable.
Sitting up is also fine.
There is no wrong way to do this.
If you drift off entirely,
That's okay.
It was so hard.
Some of the deepest programming actually happens on the edge of sleep.
Let your eyes close.
And let the ground take all of your weight.
All of it.
You don't have to hold yourself up.
I'm going to breathe in now,
Just again.
Slow it down.
I could tell you.
And out through the mouth,
Long and out hurry.
Again,
Dragon space.
At releasing the day.
One more time.
This time,
Let the exhale do twice as long as the inhale.
Breathe again.
And.
.
.
All the way.
And letting your breath to return to its natural rhythm.
I'll have to manage it.
It will carry.
As you let your body's natural rhythm return.
Feels on the top.
In your body.
Whatever's holding you,
Whether it be a floor or a bed.
Let it hold all of your weight.
And deeper.
And bring your attention to your feet.
Just notice them.
No need to change anything.
You're rightful.
And good luck.
Bye.
Have.
Hurry!
The whole length of your body.
You're right,
Darling.
Your whole lower body getting heavy now.
Your low belly.
Softening the belly,
Softening your organs.
Is a way of your belly and your hips getting heavy now.
You're low bat.
Your ribs rising and falling.
Your chest.
Your heart.
Your heart is feeling full,
Doing what it's always done for you without being asked.
Feeling a heaviness in your entire body.
Like it's filled with lead.
Your shoulders.
Letting them drop and fall open.
Your left arm's getting heavy.
Your right arm is getting heavy.
All the way to your fingertips.
Your right hand.
And your left hand.
Oh so heavy Your throat softens.
Your John's lunches.
Letting your tongue fall heavy in your mouth.
Going to the top of the head.
Your forehead getting heavy.
The space between your eyebrows,
Relaxing.
Small muscles around your ears,
Around your eyes.
Relaxing and getting so heavy.
The crown of your head.
Your whole body.
So heavy.
So relax.
Hear,
Tell.
Breathing.
Being.
Now bring into the mind is then called the if you don't have a SAM call box.
I offer one to you.
I am calm.
I am rested.
And every year Sankalpa is.
Keeping it in positive affirmation.
And saying it silently three times.
Letting it echo through your head and through your body and through your cells.
Each time you say it letting it land a little deeper This is not something you're hoping for.
And something you're remembering.
And we're going to come back for that at the end.
So letting it go now.
Letting it work in the background.
And you're going to visualize yourself walking through a forest.
You can feel the ground beneath you.
Their bare feet You're walking slow,
So slow.
You can feel the dirt.
In between your feet.
And leaves crunching under your toes.
And you feel the sun listening in between the tree leaves.
And landing on your skin.
A glimmer.
And as you keep walking.
And noticing.
Noticing an end to the trail.
And at the end of the trail is a meadow.
You're walking into that meadow.
Further.
The grass is getting tall.
And you find a spot.
And you just lay down in the grass.
Feeling the sun shimmer on your skin.
Birds chirping in the background.
As you lay down in this grassy meadow.
You close your eyes.
Close your mind's eyes.
And then in front of you is a door.
You're laying in the meadow,
You have your eyes closed,
And with your eyes closed you see this door.
And you know this door.
It looks familiar.
It isn't grand.
It isn't ceremonial.
It's just a door.
With a comfortable familiarity.
And behind it is a life.
That is one year from now.
Not a fantasy year Got a lottery here.
A year in which you simply stopped abandoning yourself.
That's the only thing that gets changed.
Start walking towards this familiar door.
I'm gonna count back from five.
As you're walking to the door.
Five.
You're getting closer to the door.
BYE!
You have one more step towards the door.
Three You're at the door.
Terrible.
You put your hand on it.
You feel the handle.
The temperature of the handle.
And on one,
You're gonna step through that door.
And you're gonna fall.
And you're going to fall into the reality of one year from now.
Where you have stopped abandoning yourself.
Why are you stepping through the door?
And feel yourself falling and falling.
You land in this new reality.
You a year from now.
You're not watching her.
You're not standing and observing this woman from a safe distance and admiring her.
You are her.
You have merged into the body of you a year from now and you have stopped abandoning yourself.
Stepping all the way in behind your eyes.
And looking out.
What do you see?
It's a Tuesday morning.
An ordinary one.
There's nothing at all special about this day.
Feeling your body first.
How did you wake up?
On this Tuesday in this life,
In this new body.
Notice the quality of it.
Feel your jaw,
Feel your shoulder.
God's change.
As you recall your morning in this body.
And now walking to your computer.
And you look at your calendar for the day.
What's on it?
And just as importantly,
What's not on it?
Looking at your day.
As you walk away from the computer,
You're walking to a mirror.
What are you wearing?
What looks different about you?
Is there more joy?
Does your body physically change?
Where are you standing at this mirror?
What can you smell at this house?
As you walk away from the mirror.
You can go to sit and go to work.
Look at the clients on your book.
How many clients.
And how do you feel when you see their names?
You feel joy.
You grab your phone now and you look at your bank account.
Shanta.
What is that?
At thinking about the last piece of content you made in this future you.
Perfect.
Ask console or call UTEP.
The last time you said your prayer so loud.
How did it come about for you?
Have a juicy.
In this new life.
What the fuck?
She starts walking.
Outside.
And it's going to sit down at a great pace.
Oak tree.
You follow her.
You're curious.
She sits down in front of this oak tree.
And you look at her face.
You really look.
You notice something's different about it.
She seems lighter.
She seems happier.
She seems joyful.
But what else is different about it?
Are her eyes brighter?
Is her mouth smiling?
Just observe her.
Did I get this right?
Oh,
Tree.
She knows exactly where you're standing right now.
She remembers this month and this tiredness.
She remembers the empty slots and the bracing and the doubting.
She remembers it with enormous tenderness.
Because she knows what it turned into.
She invites you to sit down beside her.
And you're sitting down beside her.
You ask her.
What did you stop doing?
What did you stop doing to be here right now in this reality?
Just let her answer.
And now you ask her another question.
What needs to change?
What did I need to do this week?
At this year.
SP.
To be specific,
She usually is.
Listen.
Whatever came through.
Even if it was small.
Even if nothing came through.
Or something you already knew.
Trust.
And it was exactly what you needed in this moment.
Saying goodbye to her now.
You're walking away from the oak tree,
Back into the house,
The work,
Wherever you were.
Are you going to pick one small moment from that life?
The smallest,
Most ordinary one you can find.
You're back in her eyes now.
Maybe it's her closing laptop at four o'clock on a Friday.
With nothing left undone.
Maybe it's a client saying yes without a flicker of hesitation.
Maybe it's you.
Taking off a day.
Not even checking your phone.
Maybe it's just her standing in her kitchen.
With a different energy.
Whatever that moment is,
Go back inside.
Behind her eyes again.
And this time don't try to make it happen.
Assume it already has.
You're not visualizing the thing you want.
You're remembering a day that has already occurred.
This day has been lived.
You have lived this day.
Feeling so grateful for the day you have just lived.
Need that HP.
Where you've wanted to be.
After you stop abandoning yourself.
I'm gonna walk that.
Back to the oak door.
And I'm gonna count down again.
And on one,
You're going to come back.
Bye.
Walking towards the door.
Four,
So we have two steps left to the door.
Three Two,
Your hands on the door and one.
You walk back through the door and you're laying in the meadow with your eyes closed.
Roll over to your side in this meadow.
You open your eyes.
Seeing where you walked from the meadow,
From the trail.
And you start walking back towards the trail.
Feeling the sun still glimmering.
On your skin the birds are chirping.
Or barefoot walking back through the woods.
And as you walk through the woods,
Come back into the room around you where you are in this present moment.
Beginning to feel.
The weight of the ground supporting you.
The chair,
The floor.
The weight of your own body.
And coming back to the same call by you said at the beginning.
I am reinforced,
I am rested.
Saying it three times.
In your head,
Letting it echo through your body.
Are you going there?
Uh twiddling your toe Coming back into the room,
Opening your eyes.
She has just given you everything you need.
Your future self is here and now.
With you,
Guiding you.
Crossed her.
Trust what she's given you.
Trust that nothing came through.
Of things landing.
And when you're ready.
Coming back,
All of you to the room.
Internally carry out your day.
