Hello and welcome to our community meditation space. My name is Vivian Girard and it is my delight to be guiding us in a meditation for the full moon in Aquarius. As we step into this meditation time together, I invite you to see yourself walking into a virtual living room and claiming your seat right by my side as we drop into an energetic experience, Translating what is happening with astrology and bringing that into our everyday lives. Let us close our eyes. You will hear me using breath as a tool, A resource to help you guide your energy deeper into your body, To be more present in the physical reality of this 3D world even as we access all of this expanding consciousness. The sign of Aquarius is very much about seeing, Understanding the future and bringing that innovation, That new idea, That next opening here into this human reality. As we close our eyes, I invite you to bring all of your attention down through your body to your feet, Planting our feet firmly on this planet, In this lifetime, In this moment, Fully here in this body is the most powerful place for us to be. And when we visualize our feet, When we focus the flow of our energy to move down our bodies through to our feet, We start to create a pathway for our attention to flow. When we focus on our feet, We also magnetize down through our body like a suction. We start to bring more of our awareness down through into our body from wherever we have been outside of this moment. So you might notice as you have this experience that your shoulders start to hunch over or it feels tight like there's energy pulling down through your body. Relax your muscles, Lean back against whatever is supporting you, Which will naturally start to open your shoulders a little bit wider and still focus on your feet, Which allows the energy to come more into your body all the way down through to the lowest part of you that is connecting to the earth. When we are in the energy of Aquarius, Which can be very out of body, It takes focused attention to stay in our body and to remember our choice to be fully here on this planet. Feet planted here. There you go. Relax your muscles and allow it to be an easy landing back in you. You calling all of the parts and pieces of your awareness that play in other places in the future, In the past, In this moment, Bring all of you fully into right here. This body, This moment, All the way down through to your feet. And to support the receiving of more information, Of new beginnings, Of whatever Aquarius energy is wanting to show to us. It is often helpful to support our body by grounding, Rooting in with the earth. It's like the understanding of trees when trees are very tall and stretched out with their branches and taking up a lot of space. They have deeper roots, Wider networks underneath the surface of the ground, Supporting the tree's ability to stretch wider and higher. Visualize that for yourself, For your human body. From the bottoms of your feet, You grow roots by visualizing, By allowing. And you can see these deep tree roots of energy winding underneath the surface of the earth, Hundreds of feet down, Miles down, Deep into the earth. Roots that connect you in with the consciousness of the planet. Roots that connect in with all of the other trees that are around wherever you live. Wherever you are in this moment, You can tap into the roots of the tree systems. And you visualize your tree roots are overlapping and winding with those other tree roots. Even if it feels like the trees are far, Far away, When we connect underneath the surface of the earth, Those networks are wider than we can imagine, Physically and energetically. So you tap into that system by visualizing roots from the bottoms of your feet that are going deeper and wider, Knowing, Trusting that there are other tree roots meeting and overlapping with yours, Which strengthens your grounding, Which supports you even more in being so present here in your body. Relax your muscles and allow your shoulders to open up as you straighten your back and stretch your body out. When we ground and root in this way, It's easy to start to hunch over with our shoulders because we can feel the magnetic pull underneath our body. So you consciously choose to straighten your spine and keep your shoulder blades open, Which is going to allow your heart to stay open. And your tree roots go deeper, Deeper into the earth. When we start to deepen that sense of being grounded, We also create a pathway for toxic or stagnant or unused energy that doesn't serve us anymore to release from our feet and go down through those tree roots into the earth. So you don't need to sort through or decipher what is being released. You can just make the choice that anything in your body that is not serving you energetically can simply release through your feet into those roots and make its way down through the surface of the earth and be transmuted, Be absorbed by the soil and transmuted by the earth and be transmuted into energy that becomes nourishing, That becomes positive if what we believe it is leaving is negative. The earth simply receives energy as energy without labeling it good or bad, Negative or positive. It's just life force. It's energy. So you release what doesn't serve you and allow it to be transmuted into energy that serves all the energy around you. Relaxing your muscles, Straightening your spine, Allowing your shoulder blades to drop open. And notice how much quieter it has become inside of your body, Inside of your head. How there is more space, Emptiness. It is often our habit to try to fill that space. And I believe a full moon in Aquarius invites us to expand the emptiness, The spaciousness, To allow it to become a field of potentiality. A space I often call the void, The unknown. It is an emptiness that creates, I believe another word for it is entropy. It's the field of pure potential. When we fill our minds, Our bodies with lots of thoughts, Lots of emotions, Lots of stories and beliefs, We start to crowd the space. It's so full that there isn't that emptiness of new. The potential is overlooked or ignored because we're so busy with what we know, What we are familiar with. The thought patterns and stories and beliefs that run almost on autopilot. I've heard it described as the operating system that runs on the computer in the background that is always humming. And we aren't even aware that it is operating. But it's programming everything that is happening in our conscious mind. So perhaps in this moment we set an intention to clear any friction, Any toxicity that may be running behind the scenes in our operating system. Whatever that looks and feels like for you. It's like you can do a deep clean in this meditation moment simply by choosing to do so. You can do a deep clean of your natural programmed operating system of your mind, Body, Soul in this moment right now. You just set the cleaning. Anything that is ready to be released makes its way down through to your feet. And it goes down through the rooting system that you have already created for that flow, For that channel. As that toxicity or outdated information starts to leave your body, You may feel that tug again. That sense of suctioning energy. Lean into that. Allow the energy to make its way down through the roots and into the system where it can be transmuted by the earth. And then you relax your muscles and you straighten your spine and open your shoulders up again. There may be more white space inside. It may feel a little lighter, A little calmer, A lot quieter. Allow yourself to simply be in a space that is quiet. Relax your muscles. Feel your natural breathing rhythm. Notice if your mind becomes uncomfortable. If it wants to fill the white space, You notice that. Calm your body. Release anything that is ready to move out through your feet and into the earth. And feel how this space expands in your mind, In your body. Your energy field becomes wider even as it's calmer. There's no need or desire to fill it. It's emptiness that is comfortable, Perhaps even familiar. It may have been a while since you experienced a pause in this way. Nothing to do, Nothing that has to be thought. A simple, Quiet, Peaceful pause. Let your nervous system heal in this pause. Imagine with your breath you can breathe a buzz, A hum along all of your nerve endings of calm, Of spaciousness. You smooth out your nervous system with the intention that that is the frequency you calibrate to. Smooth, Harmonious, Spaciousness inside of your body, Your mind. A rest, A rejuvenation inside of you at a time where the world may feel and look very crazy. So you take care of your mind, Body, Soul first. And imagine you can see this spaciousness as a color, As a sensation. And you smooth and expand that color, That sensation through your mind, Through your body. If it feels like you're floating, Bring your attention down to your feet and connect yourself again. This body planted here, Choosing this moment to be present on the earth. Any friction that comes up, You send it down to your feet and choose to release it if you want into the earth where it is transmuted. And then you relax your muscles and straighten your spine, Open your shoulder blades again. And that quickly you are back in that peaceful space, That expansive, Quiet pause. You breathe. You unwind any tension in your nervous system. You calibrate your ears to a higher frequency of consciousness, A higher pitch. If there's pressure in your head as you do that, You just breathe into your head, Into your mind, Into the white space that you are getting used to. You feel your feet connecting you to the earth, Even as you expand all of the space inside of your body. There you go. Relax your muscles. And for a little bit of guidance, We center this experience again around the astrology, Which is a full moon in Aquarius. It is our ability to be infinite, The star, Here in form, In a body. It is the next iteration of ourselves, Taking form from the unknown, The field of potentiality. And allowing that to be experienced here on earth, In our body, In our story. We are also in a Lion's Gate portal. As I record this, And as we sit in the full moon energy, It is a time for more light, More consciousness to be streaming into our planet, Directly from the star system, Sirius, And through the constellation, Orion, In the sign of Leo. What that translates to is more light, More understanding, Greater cosmic understanding, Channeled or downloaded new awareness. So you relax your body. You allow that light to stream in through your crown, Through your third eye, Through your ears, Through the eyelids, Coming into your understanding, Your awareness inside. When we receive light in this way, It may show itself in words, Phrases that come into our mind. We may see images, Videos playing in our head. It may be a kaleidoscope or rainbow of colors. We may hear new frequencies, Layers of vibration that come in through our ears and buzz into our head. We may sense through our nose new smells or smells that transcend moments of time that make no sense in the human mind, But that are experienced and real. We may receive light consciousness in this way as synchronicities, People contacting us, Stories presenting through social media, Through emails, Books, Videos. Little threads of consciousness weaving together in a way that is impossible to ignore. I offer all of these words for your mind to normalize what happens when we expand our consciousness. When we tap into a shift in frequency on our planet, Like we are moving through in the Lionsgate portal and with this full moon. What is activated during this time will ripple for days, Weeks, Months, Throughout the year. Our practice is to be in this unknown as comfortably as possible. To continuously remember to plant our feet on the earth in meditation space, To bring our awareness down through our body to our feet. And to release anything that is complete, That no longer serves, That is toxic through our feet into the root system we have created, Where it is transmuted by the earth. And then choosing to straighten our spine, Open our shoulders, And allow ourselves to expand the spaciousness in our bodies, In our minds, In our awareness. Again, And again, And again. So use your breath to steady yourself in this journey of expansion. And then with your feet firmly planted, Your back straight, Your shoulders open, Let us bring the meditation experience gently to a completion. So with your eyes still closed, Allow yourself to start to move and wiggle your feet, Wiggle your fingers to bring yourself all the way back into full awareness in this 3D experience. As you feel ready, You can open your eyes, But just look at one thing in front of you. So I'm holding a crystal in my right hand and I'm wiggling my fingers around the crystal and wiggling my toes. And then slowly start to take in more of the room around you, The space where you have chosen to meditate, And allow it to harmonize the external reality that we see with our eyes and hear with our ears. Merging with the internal knowing of truth and spaciousness that we just experienced in meditation time. Both are real, Both are true, And at a full moon in Aquarius in particular, They are blending and harmonizing. The activation of this specific moment, Period in time on our planet is to merge, To call forward what happens in our meditation space into our reality. To allow it to start to form our reality from that void, Unknown space inside. We seed it with our intentions, Our dreams, Our desires. As you move from this meditation, I encourage you to drink a big glass of water to allow your body to integrate all of the energy that has shifted. And then come back to this meditation as often as you need to be in that spaciousness, To remind yourself of the harmonizing that is happening.
