We begin with three long,
Deep breaths in,
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Each sacred breath deeper than the last.
Each sacred breath slower than the last.
The three sacred breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth,
Placing the tip of the tongue behind the top two teeth in the ridge between the gums and teeth.
Each sacred breath opening the cosmic orbit of our being.
Each breath moving us deeper.
Each breath allowing the body to rest.
Three more breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth,
Keeping the tip of the tongue behind the top two teeth.
Each breath moving us down into our heart.
Each breath moving us deeply into our sacred heart.
Gently breathing now from the center of our heart in slow,
Deep breaths.
Breathing gently from the heart center as we call for a sacred pyramid of pure light frequencies to begin to anchor over us as we stand in the center of our sacred heart.

A golden light pyramid anchoring fully over us now as we stand within our heart.
Our higher self steps to us now.
Our higher self draped in robes of platinum light.
Standing before us and bathing us in the light of their pure heart.
Our higher self now steps within the golden light pyramid and places the platinum robes of light around our shoulders.
And our higher self begins to gently merge with us now as we feel the lightness of our higher self,
The gentle power of our higher self and the immense love of our higher self.
Gently our higher self begins to expand each of our chakras,
Our soul star,
The crown,
The third eye,
Our throat,
The higher heart.
Each chakra opening and expanding with the grace and love of our higher self.
Our heart has opened and deeply expanded,
The solar plexus,
Hara,
Sacral and base.
Each gently touched by the love and the light of our higher self.
Opening our link and earth star and activating the golden disc below our feet.
Sending love and grace into each of these chakras.
Our higher self begins to send our heart flame down through the earth,
Moving it into the sacred heart crystal of the earth mother.
Connecting us deeply now with the earth mother as we rest for just a moment.
And our higher self moves our sacred heart flames up through our higher chakras,
Moving them out through our galactic chakras and through our sun's suns,
Connecting us with source as we rest for a moment in the pure connection with source.
Our higher self begins to activate the robes of platinum light that hang from our shoulders.
The platinum light from these robes begins to fill us,
Moving gently into our body,
Moving gently into our chakras,
Moving gently out into our energy bodies.
Platinum light filling us and lifting us.
Lifting us through the dimensions of our heart.
Lifting us as we are filled with the platinum light pouring forth from these robes draped around our shoulders.
As we are lifted to a dimension of our heart that we may not have been to before.
Here along corridor lays before us with many different colored doors that line the corridor.
Doors of pastel colors,
Doors of translucent colors,
Doors that barely appear to be there.
Doors of wood and doors of liquid light.
As you step now from the golden pyramid and begin to walk along the corridor,
Moving past so many of these beautifully colored doors and stopping at the door that feels perfect at this moment,
Turning the handle as you enter the room.
The room is an old library.
Bookcases line the walls with shelves and shelves of books that surround you.
The master librarian of your heart's library steps towards you now.
He leads you to a corner of this vast library,
Bringing you to a chair in the corner of the room,
A large comfortable chair.
And as you take a seat in this chair,
The room begins to fill with many angelic beings.
They come to surround you,
To shine the light from their hearts upon you and to hold the space for you.
The master librarian comes to you now and brings a large leather bound book.
Before he hands this book to you,
He asks that you have within your heart a question or two that you would like assistance with.
As the master librarian now places this large book within your lap and asks that you begin to send the light of your heart into this book to activate the deep knowledge held within this leather bound book.
The light from your heart blazes into the sacred geometry key on the front of this book.
As you continue to send the light from your heart into this most sacred book with the question in your heart,
As you now begin to speak this question into the sacred book and it begins to open and the inner knowing of the sacred book begins to pour forth into your heart.
Flowing like liquid light into your heart.
Flowing from the book and filling your body.
The river of knowledge flowing through your body and moving into your thoughts,
Washing through you as you begin to deeply understand the answer to your question.
This question has been answered in the liquid light that has flowed from this book as you sit with the deep understanding to this question as it has flowed through your body and settled deeply in your mind.
And as this begins to complete,
The book slowly begins to close as you hold it within your hands.
The master librarian shares you may now spend as long as you wish with this sacred book of your deepest inner knowing.
Sharing the light of your heart must first be sent into the sacred geometry key on the front of the book before the answer will flow like liquid knowledge through the heart into the body and finally anchoring within the mind.
The master librarian holds the space for you as you again connect deeply with the sacred book.
As this process completes for you,
The master librarian gently lifts the sacred book from your hands and returns it to the table in the center of the room.
He shares all you wish to know is held within the sacred book that it is always here within the library of your heart.
Your higher self begins to seal the answers to your question within your body,
Sending the platinum light again into your body from the robes around your shoulders.
As you begin to lift out from the library and to move back into your heart sacred space.
As your higher self again activates the platinum robes as they send their frequency into your body and energy bodies sitting for a moment in the light of your heart with a deep understanding to the questions that you now hold the answers to within your heart.
You begin to make your way back into your physical body.
Gently coming back into your body now.
Breathing gently as you begin to wriggle your toes and to stretch.
