Sunyata has been practicing meditation for about 10 years. Her main practices include: mindfulness or insight meditation, Loving kindness, compassion, appreciative joy, and equanimity meditations, and sound meditation. These practices have benefited her tremendously over the years in both her personal and professional life as well as her healing journey. Her soul inspiration to become a meditation guide is to bring more consciousness, compassion, and kindness into the world of suffering. To help all beings carry the suffering and burden with kindness, love, compassion and ease and experience pure joy.
