I love this embodiment practice and use it almost daily to get my attention to my body after a day full of tasks and responsibilities. It's extremely helpful and I love the way Stella is guiding me through it. She has such a soothing voice and her guidance is just the right amount to keep my brain engaged.

Wow this is such a good meditation. I really needed this. I love your ADHD body scan, listen to it almost daily. But I've been wanting to try this one before / during a meal. And as I sat down to eat my breakfast, extremely stressed out by something and kind of close to a panick attack, I remembered this track. So I sat down, started it and then ate my breakfast. I'm still a little stressed, but it's a huge improvement from before the meditation and I actually noticed what I was eating and that my body was very happy to get something to eat. Thank you so much Stella. I really appreciate your work and somehow the way you speak is slow (which usually makes me furious 😂) but there's something about the way you talk that just helps me get through the first couple of minutes until I can actually adapt my internal rhythm to the speed of your words. That's very rare for me. So thank you ❤️

First time I’ve looked for an adhd specific meditation after recently being diagnosed with it at 53. This was short but helpful. Thank you. 🙏🏻

I did this one the other night and I had such a rested sleep. I used to fall asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow but not now and I struggle to switch off. Thank you 🙏🌸
