Welcome to this guided visualization called The Cave.

My name is Shine and I will be guiding you through this journey to reconnect with your inner child and an important message from your creative spirit.

Before we begin,

I recommend connecting headphones.

Find a comfortable place,

Either sitting or lying down,

Where you won't be disturbed.

Once in position,

We'll start by taking five slow deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Now that you're settled in,

We'll begin the journey.

You open your eyes to find yourself lying on the sandy shore of a beach at night.

Who you are.

The night sky is covered with a canvas of stars gently twinkling around the glow of a full moon.

The waves shine a silver light as they gently roll onto the shoreline.

The serene sound of the ocean caresses your ears and in this moment you feel a sense of peace.

You are lost and yet you feel you're in exactly the right place tonight for a special cosmic event.

You stand up finding your balance on the cool sand beneath your feet.

What do you notice on the beach?

You take a deep inhale.

What do you smell?

How do you feel being here,

Alone,

Lost on a mysterious beach?

You begin walking along the shoreline,

Feeling the soft sand between your bare feet and the gentle rhythm of the waves washing over your toes.

In the distance,

Your gaze is drawn to a mysterious object.

As you edge closer,

You begin to see the contours for a cave.

But it's not like any cave you've seen before.

It's a cave with a face,

The mouth wide open like a yawning abyss.

Deep from within the darkness,

You hear a whisper,

Soft and enticing,

Beckoning you in.

What is it saying?

You hesitate,

Feeling a primal reaction against entering the darkness.

But your intuition,

That quiet,

Unwavering voice,

Tells you to trust the whisper and to venture deeper into the unknown.

With cautious steps,

You move towards the towering mouth and into the belly.

You pass through the jagged teeth of the mouth,

Listening to droplets of water dripping down the walls,

Echoing softly.

The walls seem ancient,

Worn by the passage of time and cool to touch.

Gently entering the darkness,

Your hands glide along the walls for guidance.

What texture do you feel?

What temperature are the walls?

A gentle glow,

Deeper within,

Guides you and gradually opens into a breathtaking sight.

You are surrounded by a treasure trove of crystals,

Glistening and glowing with different hues.

Your eyes widen in wonder as the cave blossoms into the depths of the abyss.

Into a luminous display of colours.

You glance down at your hands and realise a magical transformation is taking place.

With each step,

The floor is getting closer and your limbs are growing shorter.

You realise you're becoming a child again,

At an important time of your life.

What age are you?

How does it feel to be a young,

Innocent child again?

Child again.

Deeper into the cave,

You hear the voice again,

Calling you,

But closer now.

You venture further into the cavern with the wonderment of a child.

The cave's path has led you to an enchanting revelation.

You've entered an opening to a majestic waterfall.

Lush greenery surrounds this natural wonder with vibrant plants that thrive in the gentle mist and warmth of the waterfall's embrace.

Rays of light stream through unseen openings in the cave ceiling,

Painting the entire chamber with a magical aura.

Once more,

You hear the beckoning whisper and follow the sound to the waterfall.

You gaze curiously into the water to see your childlike reflection.

How does it feel to see yourself?

A ripple in the water catches your attention and your heart beats with excitement.

You hear it again,

But closer.

Breaking the surface with grace and fluidity,

Your creative spirit emerges in all its wonder.

As you meet its gaze,

You can feel the creative energy flowing between you,

Its radiant energy fills the cave and it begins to walk towards you.

As you retrace your steps through the hall adorned with glowing crystals,

Empowerment and wisdom flowing through you as you glide with confidence towards the mouth of the cave.

Emerging on the beach,
