Finding Comfort In Your Loving Embrace

When you surrender to your inner calling, you find yourself back home again. You can take this deserving moment just for yourself right now, and get to meet yourself where you are. Look beyond any apparent limitations, to that place where true miracles are possible, every time you believe it so.

Guided meditation,

Let's go inside now,

You are safe,

It's safe to go in,

Let go of everything weighing you down right now,

Just put it aside for a little bit,

Just let it be.

Accept yourself as you are,

We are not looking for anything specific,

I accept you and celebrate you as you are,

Hold my hand and let's go in,

You have the safe gateway so that you don't have to be anything else than your true self in the entirety of it,

Whatever that looks and feels like,

Being who you truly are right now is the biggest gift you can give yourself and all of us,

What it means for you to be who you are right now is far beyond any concept or projected idea of what should or could be ideal,

It's not what your mind thinks you should be nor the projected idea of others from their own self-constructed images of what everyone and everything should look,

Act and be like,

The easier way out is always in,

And when I say easier I don't have any specific idea or concept in my mind of what easy looks like,

Just accept it as it is,

From this sacred space something truly new can emerge,

Let go of anything that your mind is projecting right now,

Everything else can wait,

This is your time,

Your moment,

For everything being born,

Every single moment there is a waiting process,

In a deeper sense it's not really waiting,

It's truly manifesting silently every single moment,

When we are in the apparent waiting process we are actually already manifesting the vision,

One that sometimes not even ourselves can fully grasp the entirety of it,

It's just not visible yet,

However it's taking form,

Growing its shape from the inner most sacred place we often overlook,

Our heart center,

So when we place ourselves first we are actually placing our intentional priority to this inner movement of an inner birth,

To something new that is emerging through us and only from us can fully form into matter,

Because we are all uniquely encoded with a specific frequency that eventually resonates with a group of people that travel through a similar spectrum,

And they can totally attune themselves to that creation,

And they too will get that deep emotional feeling of a true remembrance,

Of what it feels like to be who they are,

Through the creation that is bursting now through you,

Every time we take this moment to go inwards,

To be fully and completely with ourselves we become fully alive for a moment,

One step at a time,

One breath at a time,

One movement at a time,

And so at your own pace,

To your own rhythm just breathe into yourself at this moment,

Breathe into your chest and let it expand into whatever is best for you right now,

With no expectations,

With no judgement,

Whatever and whenever wants to naturally happen will do so,

When it's ready to come forward,

You are just accepting yourself completely right now,

Your surroundings,

Your life story,

Your decisions,

Acknowledging that everything you did until now was the best you could with the tools and the knowledge you had so far,

Breathing into that deep inner knowing that everyone you met,

Every situation you faced and every life experience you lived was precious and crucial for you to become who you are right now,

From this space you can easily access the wisdom that shows you that not all things need to make rational sense in order for something of higher importance to come forward to full fruition,

You are evolving to something truly beautiful to behold as we speak,

You are blossoming to something you haven't seen before,

To become someone you didn't even know was possible to become,

I can see you and I feel you growing from the inside as you take another deep breath into that beautiful open chest of yours,

Sometimes the pain we experience carries deep meaningful messages and it helps us crack open to explore different possibilities even when we don't know they exist yet,

Some momentarily painful experiences guide us somewhere new,

I am speaking deep to your heart right now,

Take this moment to be with yourself,

To hold you in a warm and gentle embrace with no expectations,

Just hold yourself like you would a small child that you deeply care about,

When you carefully and gently embrace yourself to every night's sleep like this you will eventually awaken to something truly beautiful from within,

Accepting that all your pains,

All your tribulations and storms bring you important messages that only them can carry to you,

Let's accept now for a moment to be that channel that receives the infinite wisdom from the universe within,

That from the elements embedded deep within our own being to be fully unveiled into our awareness,

Those same elements that gave birth to every living creature,

That stardust inside of infinite new and unexplored possibilities that coexist in our DNA,

Alongside with our infinite creative self that can truly recreate itself at each new breath we take,

Breathe into this knowing,

Breathe into this awareness that you too are sacred and you are safe to do so now,

Who you truly are is a sacred space on earth,

One that doesn't exist anywhere else outside of you,

And when you breathe into this awareness you take a conscious decision to accept to be and to blossom into that beautiful inner garden that you are,

To be a present to yourself and to everyone that gets in touch with you,

Feeling deeply from that place where bees and butterflies and hummingbirds come and go,

They come in,

They touch your inner sacred garden and they leave gracefully thankful,

In real deep appreciation for you being there,

Just for your existence,

Because they wouldn't be alive without that sacred safe space that you so carefully crafted and nurtured into existence,

And for that my friend i thank you,

And as we breathe deeply together now i take this moment to appreciate who you are in the entirety of your being,

With all your imperfect amazing traits of a human in construction,

To a new world possible every time you breathe into that possibility and breathe out whatever is best for everything and everyone around you at this given moment,

Just let yourself be all you can be right now,

With the least amount of interference to that inner wisdom that your own higher self holds,

Way better than our minds does,

Let's go deeper,

Beyond the veil of the obvious,

Let's go beyond the constructs of the mind,

Beyond the self-imposed limitations of what it really is possible within a human reach,

Let our imagination unravel some wild and amazing new territories,

New adventures and amazing new exciting possibilities await us,

Our imagination is the bridge between our physical rational world and our inner guided wisdom,

It is the gateway to heaven on earth,

It's the portal from which we can access some magical insights of what can be every time we take the time to go inwards and accept to be the channel that brings it to life,

Take another beautiful deep breath into your expanding heart,

Feeling it grow in resonance,

Feeling your whole body tingle with newborn energy,

Full of creative potential and now as we reach the end of this shared journey together,

Remember to keep breathing intentionally and you'll certainly see real miracles unfolding all around you from life's best hidden magic potions that always come forward every time a heart is open enough to receive them,
