Make sure your spine is straight and your body is relaxed.

Breathe normally.

Relax your head.

Relax your ears and the muscles in your face.

Relax your jaws,

Relax your neck and your shoulders.

With every out-breath,

Relax a little deeper in your solar plexus.

Relax your belly.

If there's any tightness in your body,

Relax it with the out-breath.

Become aware of the energy in your body,

That you're in your body.

Focus on the sounds.

Try to hear the sounds.

Don't hear the sounds from just your ears.

What do the sounds sound like from your head?

Imagine every cell in your body opening up to the sound.

Every atom opening up and taking in the sound.

Hear the sound from your whole body.

There's no difference,

There's no distance between the sound and your body.

Your body is porous.

Open your palms and hear the sound from your palms.

Now let the sound enter your heart.

Become aware of the feeling in your chest.

Feel the sensations.

Focus on the feeling.

If thoughts come up,

Just direct them.

Recognize you share this awareness with everyone you've ever met.

Recognize that everyone is aware and the sensations in your heart.

And you share this awareness with everyone around you.

Recognize that you are and there is only one awareness.

This loving awareness that everyone feels.

We are all the same loving.

We're not separate from the sounds.

Everything is within this loving awareness.

Rest in this loving awareness.
