With a background in hospitality, Claire has always been drawn to crafting moments that bring people together in ways that feel genuine and meaningful. Her yoga journey led her to teach both Vinyasa and Yoga Nidra, a combination that blends energy with stillness, movement with rest. Today, she creates classes, workshops, retreats, and intimate events that invite people to pause, breathe, and connect. Each experience is carefully curated with inspiring partners, blending lifestyle elements such as movement, mindfulness, nourishing food, and special thematic workshops. Every gathering is designed to spark those “just what I needed” moments that linger, whether it’s an intimate 1:1 session, a creative team experience, a brand activation or a full-scale corporate gathering. In an always-on world that rarely slows down, her intention is simple: to hold space for nourishment, connection, and rest by creating moments of pause when we need them most.
