Restful Meditation In Nature
Picture yourself sitting in a forest, surrounded by trees and lush green. All you hear is the birds and the sounds of nature and some soothing restful music to help you find a few minutes of calm in your day. After a while you wander to the side of a river where you rest for a while, listening mindfully to the flowing water and the birds. You finish your experience by returning once again back to the calm and peace of the forest.
