All right I'm just going to do a little practice here and what I want you to do is close your eyes.
Just close them.
Slow down your mind entirely.
Slow it right down.
Slow it down.
Is there something racing?
Catch it.
Slow it down.
Everything around you is still.
Nature will continue on.
Nature knows how to move at its own pace.
Even if the tree doesn't look like it's growing,
It is growing slowly just like you.
If you can look out the window and see water.
If it's rain.
If it's a river.
They're doing what they're meant to do and what you're meant to do right now is to slow down and become still and listen.
I want you to attune to your inner voice.
What is it saying?
What is it saying?
Okay now just transform it into something simple.
Something like a blessing.
Send it love because even if it's uncomfortable,
That's okay.
It's just how the brain works.
And all you are responsible for as an egotistical person is to know that you are more calm and you are separate so to say from that voice.
That is telling you something negative.
Because that negativity,
It isn't you.
Can you sit with that for a moment?
That negativity isn't you.
And now I want you to remember that negativity is you.
Every little bit of it and that's okay.
It's how our brains work.
It's how nature works.
The negativity is perhaps there to protect you.
It's perhaps there to teach you a lesson.
It's perhaps there to show you not to be complacent.
Negativity is there to tell you that change is still possible.
If you're feeling negative about something,
Then maybe you're in opposition to something.
And that's intelligence.
But now I want you to accept the lessons of whatever that voice is trying to tell you.
Say,
I accept you.
And now breathe in deep.
And exhale it out.
Because if we can accept the negativity in our minds and in our bodies,
And accept whatever it is that it wants to teach us.
Great,
Good.
Take in that lesson,
But then take it out.
Because it doesn't need to exist in your mind.
The wisdom needs to exist in your soul.
Breathe in with me.
Breathe in.
Feel that freshness throughout your body.
Can you feel the fresh air dissipating amongst all of your cells?
From your chest,
It goes into your head.
Feel it move across your neck,
Your throat,
Inwards and outwards,
Shoulders,
Down your arms,
Elbows,
Wrists.
Move your wrists up and down.
Isn't that magical?
Your wrists do so much in a day,
Don't they?
Remember to just relax and turn them,
Massage them,
Whatever it takes.
Oh,
I just rolled my shoulders back.
Roll your shoulders back too.
I'm just sitting down and it's very effective and strong.
Now,
Come into your hands.
Feel your fingers.
Open them up and close and make a fist,
Lightly,
And then open them up again.
And feel every 10 of your fingers,
If you have 10 fingers,
As many fingers as you have to move.
We don't judge ourselves.
We don't make ourselves feel separate.
And open and close them,
Maybe to the best of your ability.
You can just feel how lovely and alive you feel by having these hands and these fingers that do so much in a day.
Breathe it in.
Relax.
Move your head back and forth.
Take out any cramps,
Anything stuck,
And just move your body.
Your body does so much every single day,
Without you even knowing.
It's such a blessing to have a body that just knows what it's doing,
Just like nature.
The river knows how to flow in the same direction all the time.
The wind follows it,
Pushes it along.
They're all intertwined.
You receive oxygen without even knowing.
The tree doesn't even know that you're receiving its oxygen.
You just are.
And it just is.
And that's something magical.
So,
Receive the blessings from the earth.
Receive healing from your mind.
Your mind is at peace now.
