Greetings.
We are going to do a subtractive mantra meditation.
What happens here is,
With each repetition of this mantra,
One word of the mantra will be subtracted,
Beginning with the last word,
And finding our way to a more simplified phrase to rest in.
Notice how the mantra hits different for you each time we lose a word.
How the same sentence with less words carries new meaning.
The purpose of this particular mantra is to acknowledge our burdens,
Simplify them,
And release.
But first,
Find a comfortable spot.
Take in a deep breath.
And slowly breathe it out.
Let's begin.
In the stillness,
I release all that burdens me.
In the stillness,
I release all that burdens.
In the stillness,
I release all that.
In the stillness,
I release all.
In the stillness,
I release.
In the stillness,
I.
In the stillness.
Continue to be in the stillness,
Allowing the simplicity of this moment to be all that matters.
I would love to hear how this was helpful to you if you feel comfortable to share.
Send a message,
Let's connect.
May the path be shown before you,
Comfort overwhelm you,
Beauty surprise you,
And peace be with you always.
Don't stop now.
Stay the course.
Keep going.
