Peg Toliver is a nature lover, art lover, and teacher invigorated by the ancient healing arts of India and China. She is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) who has trained at the Temple of Kriya Yoga, Pranakriya School of Yoga, and Center for Integrative Yoga Studies, and shared her teaching at area hospitals, colleges and physical therapy centers. Her interest in healing modalities led her to study Art Therapy and explore different cultural paths to holistic health. Peg is a certified 200-hr Holden Qigong instructor and has done additional studies with Daisy Lee, Master Chunyi Lin, and Yoqi creator Marisa Cranfill. In her Radiant Qi Flow classes, she integrates these modalities in a meditative movement practice inspired by Nature and aligned with the changing seasons. Her classes are enjoyed by those seeking a gentle integrative approach to wellness and for those with aging bodies and bright spirits.
