So we're going to apply that root lock,
So gently contract.
As you inhale Hold the breath in,
Bring your chin slightly in,
Roll the eyes up to the bone between the eyebrows.
Curl up the tongue and press up to the upper palate of your mouth.
As you hold the breath,
Just move the spine a bit.
It can be undulation.
Just kind of flex it forward and back exhale when you need to exhale we're gonna do it several times this is one of the fastest way to really activate a whole chakra system activate our energy and move the kundalini up the spine as well so take a deep inhale Suspend.

Roll the eyes up.

Maybe you're not feeling safe in your own body.
Allow it to be.
Be patient.
Just keep holding yourself.
Keep telling.
You are safe.

Keep basking in this presence and love.
As your feminine relaxing more and more,
You can notice that your heart starts to expand.
It's relaxing.
And it's expanding.
It's softening It's becoming light.
