Meet your Teacher

Nid is a Soul Guide, Light Body teacher, and embodiment facilitator with over 25 years of experience in movement, meditation, and somatic energy work. After a life-altering brain injury, her own awakening required deep and gentle integration—learning how higher states of consciousness live within the body, nervous system, and daily life. This lived experience shaped her nourishing approach to teaching embodied awakening. Nid transmits light frequencies through her spoken words and energy attunements, supporting the safe anchoring of consciousness into form. The Awakening Spiral was received as a channelled framework to support empowered navigation through collective and personal change, integrating light, presence, and embodied awareness through simplicity during these times.
