Having been supporting, sitting & moving with the tender hearts of the world for over a decade, her background weaves a multitude of modalities such as Crystalline Consciousness Technique, Gene Keys & Human Design, to iRest Yoga Nidra, Hatha & Yin Yoga and fascia-based, non-linear movement methods.
