Welcome,
Dear one.
Find a comfortable position.
Either seated or lying down.
And when you are ready Gently close your eyes.
Allow your hands to rest softly.
Unclench your jaw.
Lower your shoulders and take one long breath in.
Hold it for just a moment and then breathe out,
Releasing the weight of the day.
Again breathing in slowly.
And as you breathe out,
Feel yourself becoming quieter.
Softer.
Breathing in calm.
And breathing out all that no longer needs to be carried.
Now imagine that it is midnight.
You are standing beneath the vast velvet sky where the moon hangs low and luminous above you.
A narrow path stretches ahead.
Silvered by moonlight and bordered by wild herbs.
Lavender brushes against your ankles.
And rosemary releases its scent into the cool night air.
You begin to follow the path.
There is no need to know where it leads.
Something within you already remembers the way.
Soon you see a gentle glow beyond the trees.
There,
Nestled within an ancient,
Overgrown garden,
Stands a glass greenhouse.
Its panes shimmer beneath the moon.
Vines curl around its iron frame.
And tiny lights flicker somewhere inside.
As though the night sky itself has taken root beneath the glass.
You walk towards it.
And as you approach.
The greenhouse door opens quietly,
Inviting you inside.
The air within is warm and fragrant.
Moonflowers bloom along winding pathways.
Ferns unfurl beneath silver-leafed trees.
Crystals glisten between the roots.
And glass bottles filled with strange remedies line the weathered wooden shelves.
But then you notice something even more extraordinary.
Nestled among the leaves,
Tucked inside flowers and sleeping within little moss-covered pots are hundreds of stars.
Tiny celestial lights fallen softly from above.
Some glow pale gold.
Others shimmer blue,
Violet and silver.
Each star pulses with its own quiet rhythm,
Almost like a breath.
This is the greenhouse of sleeping stars.
A secret sanctuary where tired stars come to rest when they have shone for too long.
Move gently through the greenhouse,
Careful not to disturb them.
Maybe you recognise something of yourself here.
Maybe you have been shining too much for others.
Guiding,
Giving.
Holding.
Illuminating the way.
And maybe a part of you has forgotten that even the brightest beings need somewhere safe to rest.
Let the greenhouse remind you that rest does not diminish your light,
But simply restores it.
Ahead,
Beneath the arching branches of a night-blooming tree,
You discover an empty bed of soft moss.
Settle yourself there.
And feel the earth beneath you warm,
Steady and alive Above,
The glass roof reveals the endless night sky.
Take a deep breath in.
And as you breathe out,
Imagine placing every burden you have been carrying beside you.
We do not have to solve anything here.
We don't need to shine.
For this moment,
You are simply allowed to be.
One of the sleeping stars begins to stir.
It rests inside the petals of a dark purple flower that glows faintly as it awakens.
The little star rises into the air and drifts towards you.
It hovers just above your heart.
Notice its color.
It's warm.
And how being near it makes you feel.
This star carries the light that you have been missing.
Perhaps it holds hope.
Confidence.
Inspiration.
Peace.
Or maybe it carries a part of you.
That became quiet while you were busy caring for everything else.
We do not need to name it.
Just allow yourself to receive it.
The star floats gently into your heart.
As it enters,
A soft light begins to spread through your chest.
It moves across your shoulders.
Down your arms.
Into your hands and your fingertips.
It travels through your stomach.
Into your hips.
Down your legs into the soles of your feet.
It rises through your throat,
Softening every unspoken word It fills your face.
Your mind and the space behind your eyes.
Your whole body now holds the quiet glow of a sleeping star.
An ancient steady light that belongs entirely to you.
The greenhouse begins to breathe around you.
Leaves rise and fall Flowers open beneath the moonlight.
All around you,
The stars continue to sleep.
Protected by the roots.
The branches.
And deep,
Dark earth.
Silently,
The greenhouse whispers,
You are still luminous when you rest.
Your magic has not left you.
Your light is returning in its own sweet time.
Place one hand over your heart.
And take a slow breath in,
Drawing the star's light deeper into you.
As you breathe out,
Let the light settle.
There is no need to make it brighter and no need to force it to grow.
Simply trust that it is there.
A small eternal flame.
When you are ready,
Rise from the moss and begin walking back through the greenhouse.
The sleeping stars glow softly as you pass.
Each one reminding you that rest is sacred.
Stillness is fertile.
And darkness is not the absence of light.
But is the place where light is renewed.
At the doorway,
Turn back one last time.
This greenhouse will remain here for you.
Hidden beyond the ordinary world,
Beneath the midnight sky.
Whenever your spirit feels tired.
You may return.
And as you step outside of the greenhouse,
You begin to follow the moonlit path home Becoming aware once more of your breath.
Noticing the surface beneath your body The greenhouse gently dissolves.
Take one final nourishing breath in.
And release it slowly as you gently wiggle your fingers.
And wiggle your toes.
And when you feel ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Carry the star within you as you return.
Quietly glowing softly awakening.
And remember.
Even when you cannot see your own light,
The stars have never forgotten you.
Bless be.
You
