Welcome,
Dear one.
Find a comfortable position.
Either seated.
.
.
Or lying down.
Allow your body to settle.
Let your hands rest softly.
And when you are ready gently begin to close your eyes Take a slow breath in through your nose.
And breathe out through your mouth.
Again,
Breathing in.
.
.
And slowly letting it go.
And with this next breath allow yourself to arrive here Nothing to do.
Nowhere else you need to be For these next few moments,
You can simply be.
Now imagine that it is night.
The world around you is quiet.
Above you,
The sky is deep and dark,
Scattered with thousands of tiny stars.
And somewhere beyond them,
The moon glows softly.
You find yourself standing on a small railway platform.
It feels old.
Almost forgotten.
Tiny lanterns glow along the platform,
Casting pools of golden light across the ground.
There is nobody else here.
Only you.
You can hear the gentle rustling of trees nearby.
The distant call of an owl.
And somewhere far along the tracks,
The sound of a train approaching.
You watch as a soft light appears in the distance.
Slowly quietly.
A beautiful old train glides towards the platform.
Its windows glow warmly from within.
And as it comes to a stop before you,
One of the doors opens.
And somehow.
.
.
You know.
This train has come for you you step aboard.
Inside,
Everything feels warm and peaceful.
Soft lamps glow above you The seats are deep and comfortable.
And beside each window hangs a beautiful velvet curtain.
Choose a seat beside the window.
Settle back.
And feel yourself sink into its softness.
The door closes and slowly the train begins to move.
At first,
You can still see the little station behind you.
The lanterns become smaller.
Until eventually they disappear into the night.
And as they do.
Imagine leaving the outside world behind with them.
This includes all the things that you have been thinking about the things you have been carrying.
The things you have been trying to work out.
You do not need to take any of them with you tonight.
Let the train carry you away from them.
Feel its gentle rhythm beneath you.
The soft rocking of the carriage.
The quiet sound of the wheels moving across the track.
And with every mile,
Your body becomes softer.
Your mind becomes quieter.
Your breathing becomes slower.
You turn your attention towards the window.
Outside the trains traveling through a vast,
Moonlit landscape.
Silver light spills across open fields.
Tall grasses sway gently in the night breeze.
You pass through ancient forests,
Where the moonlight flickers between the branches.
Little rivers shimmering beneath the stars.
Sleeping villages tucked into the hills.
There is something so magical about seeing the world this way.
Quiet.
Untouched.
As though you are traveling through a place that only exists between waking and dreaming.
And then you notice your reflection in the window.
For a moment.
Simply look at yourself.
Not the version of you that the world sees.
Not the roles you carry.
And not who you think you should be.
Just you.
The person beneath all of it.
Maybe there is something you have been needing lately.
Is it Reh?
Courage clarity.
A new beginning.
Or maybe simply a little more space to breathe You do not need to find the right words,
Just allow yourself to feel it.
And silently ask,
What do I need right now?
Do not search for the answer.
Let it come gently.
It may be a word,
A feeling.
An image.
And maybe nothing comes at all.
The train continues onwards.
And soon,
The trees begin to disappear.
The landscape opens before you.
And they're enormous in the night sky.
Is the moon.
Bright.
Beautiful.
Almost close enough to touch.
Its light pours through the window and falls across you.
Imagine that moonlight touching the top of your head.
Flowing gently across your face.
Your shoulders.
Your chest.
Down through your arms.
Your stomach.
Your legs.
All the way to your feet.
Wherever that moonlight touches.
Something softens.
Something releases.
Something remembers how to rest Let yourself receive it.
You don't have to earn this moment.
You do not have to become anything.
You are simply allowed to sit here beneath the moon and exist.
The train begins to slow.
And ahead,
Another little station appears beneath the stars.
Somehow,
You know this is your stop.
The train gently comes to rest.
You stand and before leaving,
Take one final look around the carriage.
Perhaps you notice that something feels different.
Maybe you feel lighter.
Quieter.
Or simply more presence.
The door opens.
And as you step onto the platform.
You notice something waiting there for you.
It's a tiny silver ticket.
You pick it up.
And written across it are the words,
You may return whenever you need to.
Place the ticket somewhere safe.
In your pocket.
Against your heart.
Or somewhere within your imagination where you know you will find it again.
This train will always be here.
Whenever the world becomes too loud.
Whenever you need a moment away.
Whenever you need to find your way back to yourself.
Take one final look at the moon above you.
Take a deep breath in And as you breathe out,
Begin to notice your physical body.
The surface beneath you the room around you gently wiggle your fingers and wiggle your toes take a final breath in and release.
And when you are ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
Remember,
Somewhere beneath the moonlight,
A little train is always waiting to carry you home.
Bless B.
