Meditation Timer OnlineLori is the manager of a non-profit boxing gym, part time health coach, and Yoga Nidra instructor. While these things may seem, unrelated Lori makes them all work together as each of these practices require you to be "where your feet are" in the world. Lori loves introducing new athletes especially women to boxing and hopes to make them feel comfortable in a new environment. Yoga Nidra and meditation have helped her learn to sit with herself and she hopes to help others find that comfort also. Lori believes in strong roots, steady growth, and the small habits that change everything.
