174 Hz Ambient Drone — Johann

A quiet ambient soundscape with no voice and no guidance.
You can let it run in the background while you work, or use
it as a container for your own practice, whether that is
sitting, breathing, or simply winding down at the end of
the day.

The piece is deliberately uneventful. There is no melody,
no rhythm, and no moment where something happens. Nothing
in it asks for your attention, and that is the point.

Three layers move slowly against each other. A low drone
holds the ground, a harmonic surface shifts every half
minute or so, and single notes appear with a lot of space
between them. Underneath all of it runs a continuous sine
tone at 174 Hz, one of the Solfeggio frequencies.

it does is yours to notice.

Composed and produced by Meric Bringmann in Cologne,
Germany. Headphones are recommended, as the low frequencies
do not carry well over small speakers.
