Hello and welcome!

Today,

I would like to speak with you about something that many people experience and often struggle to understand.

Anxiety.

And then it can feel overwhelming.

It can appear suddenly.

Or stay quietly in the background.

It can feel like restlessness,

Tightness,

Raising thoughts,

Or a sense that something is not quite right.

Even if we cannot put a finger on it,

We don't know what it is.

And when it arises,

Our natural reaction is.

.

.

To resistant.

To push it away to fix it.

To make it disappear as quickly as possible.

But what if anxiety is not only something to get rid of?

What if?

In some moments,

Anxiety is also a message.

Yes,

A message,

Not a punishment.

Not a failure.

Hmm,

Think about that.

It could be maybe a form of communication,

Yes,

From the body,

From the mind,

And sometimes even from a deeper part of ourselves.

From a spiritual perspective,

Anxiety can be understood as a signal.

A signal that something within us is asking for attention.

It may be asking for rest.

For change,

For truth,

For alignment.

But because we live in.

.

.

In a world that encourages constant movement and productivity.

We often ignore these signals until they become too strong to ignore.

And that is when anxiety begins to speak louder.

This does not mean that anxiety is always simple.

It is not.

It is not.

Or that it has only one cause.

It is not that simple.

We'd like it to be maybe but it is more complex than that many times.

Anxiety can be influenced by many factors.

Physical emotional environmental But beyond all of that,

There is often an inner experience that wants to be acknowledged.

Something that has not been fully seen.

Felt or understood.

And this is where a different approach becomes possible.

Instead of immediately trying to escape anxiety,

We can begin gently.

We listen.

Not with pressure.

Not with fear.

But with curiosity.

We make us.

What is this feeling trying to show me?

What inside me needs care right now.

What am I pushing myself beyond my natural rhythm?

Where?

Sometimes anxiety arises when we are living out of alignment with ourselves.

When we say yes to things that do not feel right,

That are not aligned with us.

When we ignore our need for rest,

When we disconnect from our body.

When we move too fast for too long.

In these moments,

Anxiety can be like a signal that says,

Slow down.

Combat.

Listen.

There is also a deeper layer to this experience.

Anxiety often pulses into the future.

Into what if oh my god that That terrible what if,

Right?

That we fear so much.

So into uncertainty,

Right?

Basically.

Into imagine scenarios that have not happened.

And in doing so,

It takes us away from the present moment,

The only one that we truly have.

From a spiritual perspective,

This is important.

Because the present moment is where stability exists,

Grounding,

You know?

Is where the breath is.

Where the body is.

Where life is actually unfolding its reality.

So part of working with anxiety is learning to gently Turn.

Again and again to the present.

Not by force.

But by grounding ourselves in something real.

To the breath.

The body,

The sensation of being here.

Even that's your anchor,

You know,

Because even something as simple as placing a hand on the heart,

Right?

And taking a slow,

Conscious breath.

And begin to shift the experience.

Yes,

Yes.

This doesn't happen by eliminating anxiety.

Instantly you know but by creating space around it and in that space Something softened.

It is also important to approach anxiety with compassion.

Very important because often underneath anxiety there is vulnerability There may be fear,

Uncertainty,

A need for safety.

And if we respond with judgment,

If we tell ourselves we should not feel this way,

We create more tension.

But if we respond with kindness,

With patience,

With understanding.

And the experience begins to change.

We are no longer fighting ourselves.

We are supporting ourselves.

Over time.

This changes our relationship with anxiety.

It may still arise,

Yes.

But it no longer fears like an enemy.

It becomes something we can need.

Something we can understand.

Something.

That can guide us back into deeper awareness.

Sometimes and saying this way becomes an invitation An invitation to slow down.

To reconnect with the body.

To simplify.

To listen more deeply to what truly matters.

So today.

.

.

If you're experiencing anxiety,

The invitation is very gentle.

You do not need to fix everything.

You do not need to have all the answers.

Simply Begin by noticing.

I breathe in.

By allowing yourself to be present with what is here.

Without judgment.

And if it feels possible,

You might quietly ask.

What is this moment asking of me?

The answer may not come immediately.

But the act of listening itself.

He's already stepped toward healing.

So that's great.

That's great.

That's good enough for now.

You're not alone in this experience.

There is nothing wrong with you.

I want you to truly believe that and again,

There is nothing wrong with you.

There is simply something within you.

To be here.

Thank you for listening and watching and for working on yourself.
