Hello and welcome.

Today,

I would like to speak with you about something very subtle.

Yet deeply powerful.

The relationship between stillness and intuition.

Many people believe that intuition is something mysterious,

Something that only certain people are born with.

But in reality,

Intuition is a natural capacity.

It is part of our deeper awareness.

It is the quiet intelligence that lives beneath our thoughts.

Challenge is not that intuition is absent.

The challenge is that our lives are very noisy.

We live in a world of constant stimulation.

Notifications,

Information,

Opinions,

Expectations,

Endless movement.

And when the mind is always busy,

Intuition becomes difficult to hear.

Intuition speaks in a very different language than the thinking mind.

It does not shout.

It does not argue.

It does not rush.

Intuition.

Whispers.

And this is why stillness is so important.

Stillness creates the inner space where intuitive perception can begin to emerge.

When we practice meditation or when we simply sit quietly and breathe,

Something interesting begins to happen.

At first,

We notice the surface of the mind.

Thoughts,

The worries,

The planning,

The memories.

But if we remain present,

If we continue to sit with patience,

The mind slowly begins to settle.

Just like a lake.

When the mind stops moving across the surface of the water,

The lake becomes calm,

Right?

And when the lake becomes calm,

It begins to reflect the sky clearly.

Our awareness works in a very similar way.

When the mind becomes quieter,

We begin to perceive things that were always there but hidden beneath mental activity.

This is the beginning of intuitive awareness.

Intuition is no dramatic.

It is often very simple.

It might appear as a gentle feeling that something is right.

Or not right.

A quiet knowing about a decision.

A subtle sense of direction.

Sometimes the intuition arrives as a feeling in the body.

Sometimes as a sudden clarity.

Sometimes as a deep sense of peace about choice.

These signos are subtle.

And they require sensitivity to notice.

This is why developing intuition is less about trying harder and more about creating the conditions where it can arise naturally.

Stillness is one of those conditions.

Spending time in silence,

Even for a few minutes each day.

Helps the mind return to its natural balance.

Meditation helps us tremendously step up of the constant conversation of the thinking mind And in that space,

Intuition has room to breathe.

Nature can also help us success this state very easily.

When we sit under the tree,

Walk slowly in a garden or simply observe a plant with attention.

Something in our nervous system begins to relax.

It's almost instantaneous sometimes,

Right?

Plants and natural environments exist in a rhythm of compressence.

They do not rush.

They do not worry about the future,

Right?

When we spend time with nature,

Our awareness begins to synchronize with that rhythm.

That's what happens.

This is one reason why many people notice that their intuition feels stronger when they are in natural environments.

There is also an important attitude that supports intuitive development.

Ciantone.

Intuition does not respond well to pressure,

Not at all.

If we constantly ask ourselves.

What is the right answer?

What should I do?

The mind becomes tense.

Immediately,

Annotation blocks perception.

But if we allow space,

If we breathe,

We become curious instead of demanding.

Then insights can appear naturally.

That's the way it happens.

Many times intuition arrives after we stop trying too hard.

Maybe we go,

Step back a little bit,

Put some distance,

Go do something else,

And then.

.

.

We got the inspiration,

The answer,

Right?

So it may appear while we are walking,

Resting,

Meditating,

Or simply being present.

So,

If you would like to cultivate your intuition,

The invitation is very simple.

Create moments of stillness in your life.

Not because you're trying to force answers.

It doesn't work like that.

But because you are allowing.

Yourself deeper awareness to become visible,

Right?

Just like the lake becoming calm enough to reflect the sky.

You may begin with something very small.

A few minutes each morning,

Sitting quietly with your breath,

For example.

A slow walk outside without your phone.

A moment of silence before making an important decision.

These simple practices gradually refine your sensitivity.

And over tie.

You may notice that intuitive signals become easier to recognize.

You will see a pattern,

Right?

Something is changing.

The voice of intuition will still be quiet.

That is true,

But.

.

.

You will know how to listen.

That's the difference.

His stillness is not emptiness.

Stillness is present.

And within that presence lives a deep intelligence that is always available to guide us.

Thank you for watching and listening,

And thank you for taking time to cultivate stillness.

In Jordan.
