Today we rise to the Solar Plexus Chakra,
Or Manipura in Sanskrit,
Our center of personal power,
Confidence,
And inner fire,
Located in the upper abdomen,
Around your navel and stomach.
This chakra governs your sense of self-worth,
Willpower,
And the ability to take action in alignment with your truth.
It is the energy of I CAN.
The part of you that believes in yourself,
Sets boundaries,
And shines your unique light into the world.
When your Solar Plexus Chakra is balanced,
You feel confident,
Purposeful,
And motivated.
You trust yourself,
Make decisions with clarity,
And act with integrity.
When it is out of balance,
You might feel powerless,
Indecisive,
Anxious about what others think,
Or,
At the other extreme,
Overly controlling or quick to anger.
Today,
Our focus is to gently awaken,
Balance,
And strengthen this energy center,
So you can remember the truth.
You are capable.
You are worthy.
You are enough.
A balanced Solar Plexus Chakra supports confidence and self-assurance,
Healthy boundaries,
Motivation,
And a strong sense of direction,
Emotional resilience,
And personal strength.
A clear sense of identity,
The ability to make decisions with ease,
Integrity,
Acting in alignment with your values.
When this chakra is underactive,
You may experience low self-esteem,
Doubting your abilities,
Difficulty making decisions,
Fear of judgment or criticism,
Feeling stuck,
Passive,
Or unwilling to take action,
People-pleasing tendencies.
When the Solar Plexus is overactive,
It may manifest as controlling behavior,
Perfectionism,
Excessive competitiveness,
Anger or frustration,
Difficulty relaxing or delegating,
Over-identification with achievements.
Physically,
This chakra is connected to the digestive system,
Including the stomach,
Liver,
Pancreas,
And metabolism.
Many people notice digestive discomfort when they are experiencing stress,
Power struggles,
Or feelings of unworthiness,
All signs that Manipura may need attention.
The Solar Plexus is represented by the color yellow,
Radiating warmth,
Clarity,
And vibrant self-expression.
Its Bhaja Mantra is Ram,
A sound that strengthens inner fire,
Clears energetic stagnation,
And restores courage.
Manipura is also the seat of your inner warrior,
Not a warrior who fights,
But one who stands firmly in truth,
Integrity,
And purpose.
When this chakra is healthy,
You feel energized,
Decisive,
And capable of moving through challenges with confidence.
Healing the Solar Plexus invites you to honor your personal boundaries,
Listen to your intuition,
And trust your decisions.
Take responsibility for your life with compassion.
Release the need for external validation.
Embrace your individuality and unique gifts.
Allow yourself to take up space.
When the fire of the Solar Plexus shines brightly,

Where in my life do I feel empowered?
Where do I give away my power?

What would it feel like to fully own my power and act from that place of inner strength?
Let any thoughts or feelings arise and pass like clouds in the sky.
You don't need to fix or change anything.
Simply notice with compassion.

Rest your hands gently on your belly.
Close your eyes.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in and exhale slowly,
Releasing tension.
Bring your attention to your upper abdomen,
The space above your navel.
Imagine a radiant yellow light glowing in this area.
This is the color of the Solar Plexus Chakra,
The light of your inner sun.
With each inhale,
Feel this yellow light growing warmer and brighter.
With each exhale,
Release self-doubt,
Fear,
And any heaviness you may be carrying.
Picture this yellow light expanding outward with your breath,
Filling your entire body with warmth,
Courage,
And strength.
Now,
Repeat these affirmations softly in your mind or aloud if you wish.
I am empowered.
I trust myself.
I act with confidence and integrity.
My inner light shines brightly.
Feel this light nourishing every cell,
Recharging you with vitality and self-belief.
Imagine this light gently dissolving anything that has dimmed your inner fire.
If your mind drifts,
Just return to the warmth in your belly,
To the steady rhythm of your breath,
To your radiant yellow light.
Take a deep,
Cleansing breath,
And as you exhale,
Feel gratitude for this sacred time you have offered yourself.
Slowly bring your awareness back to the present,
To the room around you,
To your body resting here.
Gently open your eyes.
As you move through your day,
Carry this inner light with you.
Let it guide your words,
Your choices,
And your actions.
