A qualified yoga instructor, Natalie completed her training in Rishikesh, India, in 2015 and has been sharing her wisdom in Brighton ever since. With a deepening commitment to supporting families, she has expanded her practice to include children’s yoga teacher training and a children’s mental health course, allowing her to nurture the well-being of little ones from birth to five years old. Natalie has guided parent and baby classes in nature, helping families reconnect with the simplicity of breath, touch, and stillness. As a trained masseuse, she understands the power of mindful touch in fostering connection.
