Lesson 1

The Money Inheritance

Your relationship with money was programmed before you could speak. You absorbed beliefs about wealth simply by watching the adults around you. What if the voice saying "money is hard to come by" isn't yours? What if your discomfort with premium pricing comes from inherited beliefs that "good people don't ask for too much"? You inherited these money beliefs like eye color - without choice, without question. The Shadow Work Your money shadow contains all the inherited beliefs you've never examined. The liberating truth? Once you see these patterns clearly, you can choose which serve you and which you're ready to release. But first, you need to excavate what's actually there. Journal Prompts Take 15-20 minutes with these prompts. Write without censoring - let your unconscious speak: 1. What was the first memory you have of feeling shame, fear, or confusion around money? 2. Complete this sentence 10 times: "In my family, people who had money were..." 3. What did your ancestors sacrifice for money? What did they sacrifice because they didn't have money? 4. If your great-grandmother could speak to you about wealth, what would she warn you about? What would she encourage? 5. What story about money are you living that was written before you were born? Tomorrow: We explore the money persona - the mask you wear to hide your financial fears. Trust what emerges. Your shadow work begins now.

Lesson 2

The Unworthy Self

The Hidden Saboteur Your unworthy self whispers: "Who am I to charge premium prices?" "I'm not smart enough for wealth." "Good people don't focus on money." This voice feels protective but keeps you small. It makes you undercharge, overwork, and feel guilty when money flows easily. The Visibility Fear Wealth feels dangerous because it makes you visible. People judge, expect things, form opinions. Part of you would rather stay financially invisible than risk being seen as greedy or "too much." If you've built your identity around struggle or being humble, wealth can feel like betrayal of who you are. Journal Prompts Spend 15-20 minutes exploring these questions honestly: 1. When you imagine having significant wealth, what feels dangerous about it? 2. What would you have to give up about your identity to become wealthy? 3. Complete: "If I had unlimited money, people would think I'm..." 4. What do you believe you need to suffer through or sacrifice to earn money? 5. Who in your life would be threatened if you became truly prosperous? How does this influence your financial decisions? Tomorrow: We explore your financial comfort zone and what happens when you try to expand it. Your worthiness isn't earned - it simply is.

What evidence contradicts it? 4. How do you use spiritual bypassing to avoid taking practical action with money? 5. If money were pure spiritual energy, how would you treat it differently?
