Take your time with finding your position.
And breathe normally.
Breathe naturally as it comes.
Start feeling your body getting a little bit softer getting a little bit heavier.
And just breathe naturally.
Inhale calmness.
Exhale stress out of your system.
Inhale peace.
Exhale anxiety.
Shut the world outside you are in this moment with yourself now is the time to focus only on yourself.
Inhale calmness.
Exhale all the stress out of your body,
Out of your mind.
Inhale deep and feel the breath going into every cell of your body.
Feel the relaxation.
Recovery.
Filling every cell of your body Exhale negativity.
If your mind wanders,
Don't worry about it,
Just gently guide your mind back to this moment,

Observe the sensations in your body.

Focus on your heart area.
If you feel like it,
You can put your hands on your heart.
And feel the warmth on your heart area.
Visualize the color pink.
Visualize your heart area turning into pink.
And spreading.
Pink lights all over the universe.
Visualize your heart area spreading its pink light all over your body.
With a sensation of strong self-compassion.
And love.
Your heart fills your body with this pink light and you feel love for yourself and for the whole universe.
Now focus on the area of your diagram,
Just below your lowest ribs on your stomach side.
If you feel comfortable,
You can put your hands on your diagram area,
But only if you feel like it.
Now focus on this area and visualize the color yellow.
Visualize the yellow-colored light spreading all over the universe.
And visualize the same yellow light spreading all over your body.
Focus on your diagram area.
And say to yourself in your mind,
Without a voice,
I am safe.
Everything is okay.
I am safe.
I am in peace.
I am enough.
I am safe.
I am relaxed.
I am right where I'm supposed to be in this moment.
I am calm.
I feel self-compassion.
I feel peace.
I am safe.
Invite calm.
Invite comfort.
Slowly and gently start visualizing a happy place.
A physical place of calm and peace.
Maybe it's a place where you have been before.
Or maybe it's a place.
That at the moment only exists in your dreams.
Your happy place.
Now,
Peacefully visualize this place.
And pick a color from that place.
Think about this color Think about this color Visualize yourself in that happy place with that color.
Calmly imagine yourself being filled with that color.
Now you are this color.
Breathe in calmness.
Breathe out all the hurries in the world.
Breathe in self-compassion Breathe out anxiety.
Breathe in peace.
Breathe out all the stress in the world.
You are a fountain.
