Hello.
Today I would like to open up and share some concepts and ideas that have helped me through some of my darkest and deepest times of my Um.
.
.
Struggle that I feel like could really support.
Anyone who is in need of just connection with.
The universe.
So first I would like to talk about the law of one.
So in the law of one,
It is the idea that we are one.
All beings.
All matter,
All energy.
Are part of.
The all.
And so we are all connected.
We are interconnected.
We are not alone.
Individual units moving through space.
Alone.
We are a interconnected field of vibration and frequency and feelings and we collectively Um.
.
.
Are more than just.
.
.
Me.
I.
Because I feel that when a person,
And I have felt this from experience,
Have felt like so much pressure to be performative or to be successful or to be anything in this world.
It can be feel.
Like the ego starts to take over and that can feel very isolating.
And.
.
.
Just knowing that Every.
.
.
Bird,
Every bee.
The clouds,
The sky.
All of it.
We're all connected.
Every person,
We're all connected.
Um this is something that is a practice that is very supportive to me,
To my soul,
To my.
.
.
Well-being and I would like to share this because I feel that this is something that I discovered when I was going through a dark night of the soul and my dad actually came to me with this.
He came to me and he meditated with me and he looked me in the eyes and he said,
Okay,
Let's sit down,
Let's meditate together and hold my hands.
And look at me in the eye.
I know it will be feeling strange at first,
But really just look.
Deeply in my eyes.
And we said together,
We are one.
We are one.
We are one.
And we repeated that until.
.
.
I could see so deeply into his soul,
Into his heart.
Essence it was more than a soul it was like infinity it was like Just.
.
.
Life.
And somehow when I saw that it snapped me out of my ego self or whatever you want to call it at the time I didn't know what it was it was just sadness honestly and I realized that I wasn't alone.
I didn't have to do this by myself.
And I.
.
.
I felt peace.
I felt safe.
So yeah,
I wanted to share this exercise because The law of one is very powerful.
And it's something that we can all rely on when we're in moments of feeling isolated or alone.
We can go to another person and just No.
That we're connected we're part of one universe we're part of one um,
Essence.
And that essence is all that is.
All it is and that brings peace it brings safety it brings wholeness and it's something that we can fall back on and we can rest in.
We can rest in that sense of being.
And that nature of being whole.
I like to think of all that is as God.
And we all think different ideas about God and I actually enjoy imagining how vast and eternal the universe is and how many infinite possibilities there are in our multiverse and in our realms.
It's exciting.
It's actually incredible how much potential we're given.
And I am very grateful for that.
Um.
.
.
So.
.
.
Knowing that knowing that I am part of the whole I am part of source and all that is i'm part of that like I am and essence.
We all are,
Of God and all that is,
That gives me hope.
And that's something,
That aspect is something that I learned later,
A long time later after my experience with my dad.
Um.
.
.
I actually learned that from my connection with the moon.
And my connection with angels and it's funny because I'm not.
Religious.
I have a background in Buddhism.
So I practiced meditation,
But I didn't really understand what God was for a long time and now I just like to think of God as all it is and I like to think about how beautiful that potential is.
And I really enjoy the idea of.
.
.
That God is experiencing itself through us.
So each of our unique aspects as represented through our individual bodies are these unique aspects of creation,
Of God's source.
And So each of our aspects are essential to God and to everything.
If we feel we're not valued we can know that we are in the eyes of creation we are valued we are important because if you look at everything you can't remove something that's already existed.
You can't just delete it.
Even if you delete it,
There's still a record.
There's still a deletion of the deletion.
It's always there.
Can't not exist,
Even zero.
Isn't nothing.
Nothing can't exist because zero exists so zero is something so We.
.
.
Always have value.
In essence,
And.
.
.
We're always supported.
Bye!
Creation and we're always supported by source so we're never alone We're always connected.
End.
Were always loved.
So this is the message that I want to share with you today.
And I want you to know.
That you can remember these mantras for yourself in the future,
Whenever you're feeling.
Alone,
Or sad,
You can say,
We are one.
We are one.
We are one.
You can connect with anything.
You can connect with a flower.
You can connect with a bird.
You can connect with.
.
.
The space around you.
And you can also say.
I am not alone.
I'm never alone.
And you can smile knowing.
You're always supported.
And I say this in gratitude for you being here and listening and I want to say I love you unconditionally and.
.
.
Namaste.
