You'll explore the inner critic, the habits that make rest and imperfection feel uncomfortable, and the ways perfectionism can show up in work, relationships and everyday life. Through guided reflective exercises, micro-practices, and moments of pause you will learn to: Observe critical thoughts without judgement. Develop self kindness and compassion. Reconnect with intrinsic worth independent of achievement. Create space for rest, creativity, and authentic engagement. Recognise perfectionist patterns and respond consciously. By the end of the course, you'll be able to notice the inner critic without being controlled by it, respond to yourself with gentle awareness, and carry a greater sense of confidence, calm, and self worth into daily life. Who this course is for: This course is suitable for anyone who struggles with perfectionism, self judgement, or tying self worth to achievement. It is particularly helpful for those who are motivated to cultivate self compassion and awareness of sub conscious patterns. Prerequisites: No prior meditation or therapy experience is required. The course encourages reflective practice and gentle self observation. Listeners should be open to introspection and willing to engage in short exercises of journaling if they wish.
