So this is a meditation to calm the mind,
To help us unplug from the details,
From the busyness of the day,
And enable a clearer picture of the future of our next step,
Of the next right action.
Just enable that picture to move toward us when we clear away some of the noise.
All of this without doing,
All of this coming from a state of undoingness.
So when you're ready,
Either sitting or laying back on the mat.
If you're sitting,
You may want to raise your hips at the back slightly,
Be on a cushion.
Let the pelvis tilt forward perhaps so you're slightly off the cushion at the front.
In either pose,
Laying or sitting,
Notice the spine.
If you're sitting,
Allow the spine to float up effortlessly.
If you're laying down,
Give her or him a way to the floor.
Breathing in and breathing out.
And the lighter and less apparent that we can make the breath,
The less we disturb the life force of the which rises to the surface in meditation.
So during the day where there's busyness and there's action and there's stress and then there's reaction and reaction,
The life force may be blocked or just less apparent.
And we make the breath incredibly light and also slow.
And make us the wrong word because there's an undoingness to this.
We just get out of the way,
Invite a very slow breath.
Inviting the breath to come in any way it wants to.
You may have a sense of breathing through the skin.
And the breath will go to where the breath is needed.
So your breath may go to the area behind the navel.
It may go to the chambers of the heart.
Your breath may go behind the eyes,
Into the cranium.
Notice if the breath is traveling into the palms of the hands.
Open the mouth.
Allowing such a light breath to come in and go out.
The eyes are very soft.
Breathing in and breathing out.
And there may be a sweet spot,
We may find it by accident.
Perhaps it's the skin beneath the nostrils on the face.
Or maybe it's the skin over the temples.
Or maybe the sweet spot is inside the bridge of the nose.
Bring more space between the eyes.
Let the ears float outward.
If the cranium needs to expand,
That beautiful casing of your beautiful brain,
Let it expand.
And we're decompressing,
And opening,
And finding space.
Coming into an eternal,
An eternal state with the body,
Which is always there and independent of whatever is happening around us.
There may even be noises with you now.
I just heard the fridge turn over.
And that in no way impacts the eternal space,
The eternal state that we're creating.
Bring space into the mantle of the shoulders,
Where the arms connect to the shoulders at the back,
Around the shoulder blades,
And behind the shoulder blades.
Allow space.
And the breath will be an independent entity now,
Very light,
And constant,
And unplanned.
You're coming into a space,
A state of undoingness.
It's normal for the mind to jump.
Don't worry if the mind jumps into a list somewhere.
Bring space into that list,
And then back away from it.
In this state,
We have access to the slipstream where everything is easier.
There is a slipstream where everything is easier,
And everything is going on.
Your organism,
This beautiful body,
Your life force,
The field of you that animates the body and is outside the body,
This field is fully aware.
And her vibration,
His vibration,
Stronger now.
And without planning,
Without trying,
Without doing,
We will expand outward to meet other fields,
Vibrating at the same frequency.
And possibility opens.
Opportunity opens.
Stay with the body.
Bring space in behind the pelvic bone.
Feel the chamber of the womb.
And if there's an area where you were injured,
Where something happened,
Back away from that thought,
The happening of it,
And just bring space into that area of the body.
So nowness.
And trusting that events are moving toward us.
Opportunity is moving toward us.
And we are an opportunity also for other people.
Our light is being pulled as well.
And every organism,
Including us,
Wants to be of service.
And every organism around us wants to be of service.
And if there's a longing in your heart for a house,
Or a partner,
Or a child,
Or an event,
Or a creative project coming to fruition,
Notice lightly back away from the event.
So there's space.
Bring space into your heart.
Space where the longing was.
And trust that this is the slipstream now,
Where everything is easy.
Doesn't mean you've been wrong before.
It just means this is where you are now.
You can be here.
And we've generated a field.
You may experience your field as going quite far outward.
It might be in the whole room now.
The whole room might be full of your field.
Maybe you even sense that your field is going beyond the walls of where you are.
With soft hands,
Check the fingers,
Soft brow,
Soft pelvic area.
We're going to allow that field to come back in closer to us now.
You may have noticed that the field is really comprised of love.
Feel the love settle on your brow.
Come around your shoulders.
Lay across your torso,
Your body.
Let the love land on your face,
All over your face.
And perhaps the hands come to the lap now,
Maybe one hand resting in the other.
If you're sitting,
Maybe the hands fold onto the body.
If you're laying down,
Maybe one hand on the heart,
The other one lightly on top.
And your field comes in around you like a spacesuit,
Like a blanket,
Like a blessing.
And when you're ready,
Opening your eyes.
