Tuning Fork Vibes (Long Version)

This soundbath is a 10 minute Whole Body Tune-up and was created using the soft hum of a Sacral Chakra crystal bowl as well as the C and G tuned forks. These Tuning forks are known as "full-body tuners", they are not specific to one Chakra but more of an overall body reset. Tuning Forks help support our body's natural frequencies by traveling deep through energy pathways to restore balance. Enjoyed best with headphones, please be mindful of volume as the pitch can be high at times.

Thank you. As I’m learning sound healing for myself I find Tuning forks to be amazing.This meditation was calm and soothing
