Welcome,
Sweet soul.
This is your pause.
This is a soft space for you to come back to your breath.
To melt the tightness.
To find stillness inside the storm.
And sometimes it all feels like too much.
Too many rolls,
Too many pulls,
Not enough time,
Not enough energy,
Not enough of you.
But right now?
There's nowhere else you need to be.
There's nothing else you need to do.
Let this be your breath.
Your space.
Your reset.
Now close your eyes.
And place one hand on your heart and one on your belly.
Let's breathe together.
Inhale slowly through your nose.
Feel your body rise.
And whole.
Now exhale softly through the mouth.
Let your shoulders fall.
And again,
Inhale deeply.
No.
And exhale slowly.
Let your belly soften.
And once more,
Inhale peace.
And exhale completely.
Let yourself surrender and let the breath move freely.
And naturally.
Let your whole body begin to settle.
In Sanskrit,
There is a soft,
Spacious mantra.
So hum.
It means,
I am that.
I am connected to all that is.
I am not separate.
I am not alone.
This mantra mirrors the breath.
So,
On the inhale.
And hum on the exhale.
As you breathe,
We'll begin to gently align with this rhythm.
And let the body and mind soften together.
Now bring your awareness to your body.
Begin with your feet.
Feel them grow heavy and supported.
Soft in your ankles.
Ear legs.
Your hips.
Let your lower body melt completely.
Relax your belly.
And you're back.
In your chest.
And allow your heart to feel just a little bit more open.
Soften your shoulders.
And let your arms fully drop.
Your hands are resting gently.
Unclench your jaw.
Soft in your eyes.
Smooth your brow.
Allow yourself to be held and let yourself be safe.
Now bring awareness to that feeling.
That weight of having to do it all.
Be it all.
Hold it all.
Without needing to define it or name it.
Just feel where it lives in your body.
Is it in your chest?
Or perhaps it's in your throat.
Or your stomach.
Breathe into that space,
Wherever it is.
Let your breath soften the edges.
Let yourself loosen just a little.
You are allowed to rest.
You are allowed to pause.
You are allowed to just be here.
You are already more than enough.
Now let's revisit the mantra,
SO HUNG.
Let's begin with speaking it out loudly.
So,
Hum.
So,
Hum.
Now let's whisper it.
So.
So.
And finally begin to silently repeat it with your breath.
Inhale for soap.
And exhale for hum.
So,
Hum.
So?
Home.
Allow the mantra and the breath to merge.
And let them guide you back to your center.
If thoughts come,
Allow them to float by and simply return to so hum.
It's natural too.
Begin thinking.
During this process,
Just allow yourself to gently drift back to the mantra.
If thoughts come.
The mantra might change.
Throughout the meditation.
It might be a little bit faster,
You might say it a little bit slower.
It might become a bit distorted.
That's okay.
Soul.
Home.
Now it's time to let go of the mantra.
And allow the breath to flow naturally.
You are not alone in this moment.
Or ever,
Really.
You are a part of something bigger.
You are supported,
You are held.
And feel the soft quiet in your body now.
Feel the lightness in the space.
Even when things feel tight or rushed or heavy,
Or where they feel tight or rushed or heavy.
The stillness still lives in you.
And this is where you return to.
This is where you remember.
That I am not all the things I do.
I am enough exactly as I am.
There is time for me.
I can always reset.
I can always start over.
Filling up my cup is number one.
So that I can fill up everyone else's cups when needed.
Begin to bring a little movement into your fingers and your toes.
Maybe roll your shoulders a bit.
And gently come back into your body.
Connect to the Earth.
Feel the air in the room on the tip of your nose.
Feel your entire body.
Rejuvenated.
Recharged.
Feeling a bit lighter.
A bit more energized.
Cleansed.
Perhaps there's even a bit more.
Excitement in there.
Let's take one last deep,
Long breath together.
Inhale deeply.
.
.
And exhale.
Let it all go.
And let's close with the sacred sound of Aum.
Before we chant,
Remember that Aum is the ancient vibration of creation.
The sound that encompasses all beginnings,
All unfoldings,
And returns.
The A stands for the beginning,
The creation,
And the awakening.
The you represents the unfolding,
The preservation,
And the flow of life.
The M.
Represents completion.
Transformation.
And rest.
The silence that follows their own.
Symbolizes pure awareness,
The infinite stillness.
From which all things arise.
Let's inhale fully.
Let the vibration soften everything.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Welcome back You have space.
You have time.
And you're always connected.
To the universe,
To all of us in it,
To the planet.
Taking time out for yourself makes a difference and contributes to the overall expansion of consciousness.
So thank you for doing that with me today.
And as always,
Keep showing up.
Everything else flows from there.
