Hello and welcome,
Wise soul.
This is Jacqueline from Inner Compass Akashic and I'm honored that you've chosen me as your guide today.
Now start by finding a comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying down,
And close your eyes.
Take three deep breaths in your own time,
Exhaling through your mouth,
Making an audible sound if you're in a place where you can do that.
Feel yourself sinking deeper into the floor,
Chair,
Or cushion.
Allow your shoulders to drop and your jaw to relax.
Now imagine that you're walking through a gorgeous green forest.
Looking up,
You see the sun shining through the branches of the tree and you watch the leaves glimmer in the light.
Taking a deep breath,
You fill your lungs with the rich life force that's all around you.
As you walk,
You look down and notice that you're carrying a basket full of rocks.
These rocks are heavy and you wish that you could set the basket down.
You reach into the basket,
Pick up a stone,
And drop it to the forest floor.
Already the basket feels lighter.
You find yourself smiling as you drop another stone onto the ground,
And then another.
Up ahead,
You see a large boulder in a clearing.
The sun is shining brightly on it and you make your way towards it,
Dropping the stones as you go.
By the time you reach the boulder,
Your basket is empty,
So you sit it down.
You climb up on the boulder.
It's so warm from soaking up the sun.
You find a comfortable place to sit,
Or maybe even you decide to lay down.
The sunlight radiates down upon you.
It's as if the sunlight is a spotlight that diffuses all of its healing,
Restful energy down on you.
You close your eyes and soak up this rejuvenating energy as you enjoy the rustling of the leaves,
The birds singing their songs,
And the smell of wildflowers that encircle the boulder.
You are aware that there is only this moment,
That there is nothing to do and nowhere that you need to be right now.
You can rest fully and completely in this perfect present moment.
You can let go of all that came before,
And all that you will return to after you leave this place.
As your body and mind relax further,
You feel your awareness move from your mind and drop into your heart.
Your body is suddenly filled with deep gratitude for this time of relaxation and rejuvenation in this beautiful,
Peaceful oasis.
You feel alive and refreshed as you let go of all remaining thoughts and allow your heart to harmonize with your mind and sensations.
So rest here in this healing energy in silence for a few minutes.
Now that your whole being is saturated with the sun's healing energy,
And you have reconnected with your heart center,
You feel complete and ready to go about your day.
You know that you can deal with anything you face this afternoon with grace,
Ease,
And compassion after this renewing experience.
You climb off the boulder and begin walking through the trees,
Leaving your basket and the rocks behind.
You take a few last deep breaths,
Enjoying the oxygen-dense air in the forest.
As you reach the edge of the wood,
I invite you to bring yourself back to this present moment,
Back into the space where your physical body sits.
You may notice that you have a smile on your face.
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
Stretch your body,
And when you're ready,
Bring yourself back to the moment filled with rejuvenated energy,
Peace,
And contentment as you begin moving through the rest of your day.
