It's time to go inside.
Find yourself in a comfortable position as you softly gaze out at what is in front of you.
Observe with curiosity,
But not attachment.
Let go of judgment of all you see.
Know that it is now time to step away from all that which is out there for a while.
Take in a deep,
Relaxing breath.
And let it all go.
Notice any areas of discomfort.
Make any last position changes now,
Before we begin our journey inward.
And again,
Take a deep breath in.
And relax as you let it go.
Let it go.
And settle into yourself.
Now bring your attention again to the things in front of you.
Without needing to name anything.
Simply feel the presence of the room.
Begin to pull your vision back in.
Feel the reach of your eyes retreating back in as your vision moves from things far from you to closer and closer things Let the awareness of those farther things fade from you.
Not disappearing,
But becoming less important.
Continue to pull closer and closer until you become aware of seeing the edge of your face and of your eyes themselves Notice your eyes as the windows you see the world through.
Move your awareness back into your eyes.
Feel your perspective change as you imagine your attention gently moving back,
Passing through the eyes,
To be in a place where the outside world is experienced.
Inhale,
Drawing inward,
Deeper into the space inside of your head.
Exhale.
Settling deep inside.
Allow it to feel as you have moved back into a room.
The light from your eyes is more distant somehow.
And you may let your eyes close softly now,
Separating from the external world.
This space is a quiet,
Neutral point.
Balance.
Yeah.
Stay here for a few breaths.
From this center point,
Begin to gently expand your awareness upward into the space of your mind.
Imagine this area as a room.
Not anatomically,
But symbolically,
A space that represents your inner mind.
Take some time to observe it.
How does it feel?
Is it what you expected?
Is this room light or dark?
Open or enclosed.
Is it empty?
Or cluttered.
Is it small and confined?
Or wide and expansive.
There's no need to judge.
We noticed.
Let's clean it up a little to help you experience more of your potential.
Now,
Imagine a soft,
Bright light beginning to appear within the room.
There is no visible source.
It simply exists.
A pure,
Even light,
Filling this space gently.
With each breath,
This light becomes brighter.
Inhale,
And the light grows.
Exhale.
And it expands evenly.
Allow it to reach every corner,
Every surface.
If there is clutter,
Let the light dissolve it.
Their shadows,
Let them fade.
The space is becoming clear.
Open,
Alive.
Now begin to expand the room.
Gently stretch one wall outward.
As if the space itself can grow.
Inhale deeply.
And as you exhale,
You experience the wall moves farther away.
As you inhale again,
The new space stabilizes.
Another direction now.
Adding slowly.
Effortlessly.
Breath by breath,
Stretch the room wider,
Then longer.
Than higher.
There is no strain.
Space responds naturally.
Continue one direction at a time.
Till what was once a room becomes something vast.
A great open interior,
Spacious beyond its original boundaries.
Now allow the ceiling to rise high above,
Arched,
Expansive.
This space is becoming vast and unlimited.
Wide,
Open,
Luminous.
The light remains steady.
Bright.
Clean.
Without a source.
The air feels clear The space uncluttered,
Refined.
You are within this vast inner cathedral of your mind.
And at the same time,
It is within you.
Rest here.
Feel the openness.
A clarity.
Quiet presence of this space.
There's nothing to add.
I think,
To remove.
Only Awareness and space.
Your space.
For now,
Our work is complete.
And if you're ready,
It's time to return to the outer reality.
Take a deep breath in.
And slowly exhale.
Gently begin to return your awareness to the center of your head.
Then to your breath.
And finally,
Back to your body.
Feel the surface beneath you.
The room around you.
And when you're ready.
.
.
Move forward in your head and to the surface of your eyes.
Slowly open your eyes.
And expand your presence out to fill the room and into your environment.
Carry this sense of inner space with you.
You may return whenever you want.
Is yours to use as you see fit.
Enjoy!
